SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

In order for you to submit your application at VFS Global’s Visa Application Centre, you will need an appointment. Please follow the steps below on how to proceed:

Please note: You must first register your application on the Applications Portal and pay the visa fee online. You will then receive an e-mail with a ‘Cover Letter’ and a receipt for your payment, which you need to bring when you submit your application at VFS Global’s Norway Visa Application Centre on the date of your appointment,

An appointment is mandatory and must be made for each visa applicant. You can book an appointment up to 3 months before the date of the planned trip. We strongly encourage you to book an appointment as early as possible.

Proof of Payment made for application on UDI portal**
  • Cover letter
  • Fee Receipt

*Subject to availability at the time of request received

** To schedule an appointment you must attach the copy of Cover Letter or Fee Receipt from UDI Portal

An appointment confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the applicant.

Important: An appointment will be booked for the applicant ONLY if ALL the above information is provided. In case of any missing detail, no appointment will be booked without intimation.

Please note that if you are applying for an appointment for more than one person, you must enter all of the applicants information in a single email.

Note: Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled; the applicant will have to schedule a new appointment in case of no-show.
