Welcome to the website of the Russia Visa Application Centre in South Korea. VFS Korea LLC is a trusted partner to “The Embassy of the Russian Federation” in South Korea and manages the administrative function of the Visa application process.
Step 2 Before you decide to apply for a visa please make sure you familiarize yourself with the information on the visa subclass you are applying for. Quick links to information on visa categories and other helpful information including Visa Fee, VFS Service Charge and Processing Time can be found on the Visa Wizard page on this website.
Step 3 Applicants should fill the Download Forms corresponding to the visa subclass under which they wish to lodge their application. Applicants can get the Download Forms by visiting the nearest Russia Visa Application Centre or by downloading the forms from Applications and Forms.
- From 14 December 2020, the service fee will be increased to KRW 39,000. This is the first increase since our visa application centre opened in 2012 considering inflation.
*Change of Operations at Russia Visa Application Centre*
Please refer to the changes below effective from 18 December 2020.
- The visa centre will open on Friday in addition to current operations on Monday and Wednesday.
- Passport collection time will change to 3 pm - 4 pm instead of 4 pm - 5 pm.
- From Express visa which is available to collect the passport on the same day of submission will be able to collect on the next working day.
