Please be informed that starting from 15th June 2021, the Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee (ADECDC) approved the usage of the Green Pass on Alhosn App based on the emirate’s 4-pillar strategy to combat Covid-19 focused on vaccination, active contract tracings, safe entry and adopting preventive measures.

In line with this announcement and the directives of the authorities, it will be mandatory for all visitors aged 16 years and above to present Alhosn App showing the green pass at the public entrances of the mall to be granted access.

Please note that

Turkey Visa Customers with UAE Residence Visa issued by the Emirates of Dubai / Sharjah / Ras Al Khaimah / Ajman / Umm Al-Quwain/ Fujairah are eligible to submit their applications at the Turkey Visa Application Centre in Dubai.

Turkey Visa Customers with UAE Residence Visa issued by Al Ain and Abu Dhabi will have to submit their application at the Turkey Visa Application Centre in Abu Dhabi.

The passport delivery by courier is mandatory and there is no collection from the Application Center.

Starting from 27 December, UTC 21:00 Hours, all passengers (including transit passengers) will be subject to show possession of negative SARS-COV-2 test done at least 72-hours prior to their entrance to Turkey.

Passengers who do not show negative PCR test will be quarantined at their own address (house, hotel etc) that they have declared to stay, those who do not declared address in Turkey will be quarantined at the places selected by the Ministry of Health.

On the 7th day of quarantine passengers will be tested. Quarantine will be lifted from those having negative test result. Passengers with positive test result will be treated in accordance with the Covid-19 guidelines of the Ministry of Health.

Applicants from the age of 8 years and above have to come in person to submit their application at the Visa Application Center from 1st of January 2021. Representative, travel agency or any person are not allowed to apply on behalf of applicants.

1. If the parents are married and only one parent accompanies the child, the consent letter of the parent who will remain in the country. (The letter should also contain an approval for the acquisition of a residence permit if their stay surpasses the duration provided with the visa),
2. If the parents are divorced, the document showing the child's custody and the consent of the parent who will remain in his/her country to waive his / her right to visit the child as long as the child is present in the country,
3. If one of the parents is dead, the death certificate,
4. In the absence of one of the parents, the documents indicating that all custody rights for the child are with the other parent or absentee report,
5. In case of absence of father for non-marital children, a document showing that all custody rights for the child are with the mother,
6. An identity document or birth certificate regarding the parents of the child.
