Applicants need to provide the correct address for official communication on the visa application form. If this is to be someone other than the applicant, this needs to be completed on the application form and an additional form 956 will need to accompany application.
Information provided in this form will be noted as the official address for written communication and the courier will be sent to the same address. The only exception would be if the person receiving the documents has an authorization letter from the applicant.
Note: Passports, Documents or Notification letter cannot be returned by speed/registered post or couriered to a Post Office box.
Applicants will receive a SMS and Email alert on the mobile number and email address provided while lodgement of the visa application, once the processed application is couriered or is ready for collection at VFS Australian Visa Application Centre.
Counter collection facility is available for applications lodged.

Applicants who are collecting the Passport/Documents /Notification letter at counter will need to show ID proof to the VFS staff at the time of collection of Passport/Documents/Notification Letter.
Representatives / Agents / Consultants collecting the Passport / Documents/Notification Letter at counter will have to provide an authority letter from the applicant clearly stating the name of person & agency authorizing them to collect Passport / Documents/Notification Letter on their behalf.
