Important changes to the Partner and Prospective Marriage visa programme:
From 1 July 2018, applications for the following visas must be lodged online, via ImmiAccount:
- Partner (subclass 309/100 and 820/801)
- Prospective Marriage (subclass 300)
The above visa applications must be lodged through ImmiAccount only. Paper Application for the above visas can no longer be lodged at the Visa Appli cation Centre.

VFS Global can assist applicants by completing the data entry of an application and upload the supporting documents Online by charging the approved rates. This service includes upload of the documents at the time of application. ImmiAccount must be created in the client’s name, NOT under VFS Global’s Online IMMI Account. This will enable the applicant to continue accessing their own ImmiAccount after they arrive in Australia.
The service will be available with prior appointment through the VFS Global’s Call Centre. Applicants are required to bring in their Credit Card to use for payment of their Visa application. The payment can only be made Online in AUD (Australian Dollar). To know the cost of your visa, please refer to Visa Pricing Table. Applicants are encouraged to bring along all the information and supporting documents at the time of their appointment to avoid any delays.
