BELGIUM VISA APPLICATION CENTRE CLOSURE NOTICE

This is to inform our customers of the permanent closure of our Belgium Visa Application Center in Kigali from 10 September 2021.

We advise customers to reach out to the Embassy of Belgium in Kigali for visa queries from 10 September 2021, by visiting the following website: https://rwanda.diplomatie.belgium.be/en/travel-to-belgium/visa

VISA FEE CHANGES

Following the instruction from the Embassy of Belgium, the Visa Fee for Belgium would be changed with effect from 15 March 2020 as following:-

VISA C (Schengen Short Stay Adults)-RWF 104000

VISA C (Schengen Short Stay Child between ages of 06-12)-RWF 52000

VISA D (National Long Stay)-RWF 234000

• Applicants are hereby requested to schedule an appointment to submit applications at the Visa Application Centre. Please click here to schedule an appointment.
