IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We would like to inform you that submission of files will only be accepted with prior appointments on our website and submission without an appointment will not be accepted.

Please note as from the 07 October 2019 at the time of booking an appointment, you are required to make payment of the VFS service fees (31850 RWF) 24.5 EUR. The visa fee will be collected only by cash at the date and time of submission.

Once the Appointment booking process has been completed, appointment Booking Confirmation email will be sent with the Appointment letter (as a PDF attachment), which can be printed as follows:

1. Open PDF attachment in the email confirmation
2. Click File
3. Click Print and Confirm Printing

Kindly make sure you attend your scheduled time of the appointment since the service fee payment made at the time of appointment is not-refundable.
