Jose Manuel Aisa Mancho
Chief Financial Officer
Jose Manuel Aisa Mancho has been appointed as VFS Global's Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 November 2023. He reports to Zubin Karkaria, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, and is based in Dubai, UAE. Jose joins VFS Global from Cellnex Telecom. He has over two decades of experience across the suite of finance sub-functions, including mergers & acquisitions, financial planning, investor relations, management control, treasury, and tax. He has previously worked in organisations that include Abertis Infrastructures, CriteriaCaixa and Cellnex. He was also a Non- Executive Officer in infrastructure companies such as Hispasat, Sanef or TBI Limited.
Jose will be responsible for the overall Finance function at VFS Global, and will also be responsible for Legal, Data Privacy and Corporate Risk functions. He will leverage his rich experience in strengthening VFS Global’s finance function and developing strategies to support further growth and development of the company. As a member of the company’s Executive Board, he will also play a pivotal role in the overall strategic decision- making at VFS Global.
Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Esade (Barcelona, Spain), a CEMS Masters in International Management from the London School of Economics (London, UK) and has completed Stanford’s Executive Programme (Palo Alto, California).
Srinarayan Sankaran
Chief Operating Officer
Srinarayan Sankaran has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer to lead global operations, effective 1 August 2023. This is in addition to his current responsibility as the Head of UKVI Account Management Team. He continues to be based in London, UK, and reports directly to Zubin Karkaria, Founder and Chief Executive Officer.
Srinarayan is responsible for the global operations of visa services, passport and consular services and e-visa. He will focus on further improving customer service, process excellence, revenue enhancement, bringing in greater operational efficiencies and productivity, transformation and IT applications deployment across global operations and also be overall responsible for B2B and B2C Marketing activities. He takes over Aditya Arora’s role and everyone who was reporting to Aditya now reports to Srinarayan.
In his ongoing role as the Head of the UKVI AMT, Srinarayan is also responsible for the UKVI visa application centres’ transition and BAU activities for all UK visa operations of VFS Global.
Srinarayan joined VFS Global in 2004 as the Zonal Manager for South India. Over the years, he has handled several managerial and leadership roles across geographies contributing to the overall growth and development of the organisation.
