Over the last two decades, we have consistently focused on being an organisation that is employee centric, creating meaningful work opportunities and building successful careers, in a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our recent recognition for the ET Now Best Organisations for Women 2024 is a testament of this commitment. Neetu Wadhawan, Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer, received the honour on behalf of our organisation at a ceremony held on 21 March in Mumbai. This recognition acknowledges organisations that not only excel in creating an optimal workplace culture for women but also empower women colleagues, thus nurturing a steadfast commitment to gender equality in the workplace. It underscores our dedication to promoting gender equality and cultivating a supportive workplace environment for all our colleagues.
Our ongoing strategic initiatives are aimed at nurturing women talent, and the company has maintained a healthy gender diversity ratio. Women comprise 53 per cent of the company’s global team of professionals.
Another important aspect for our women employees is mentorship. Mentors share insights from their experiences, aiding women in identifying growth opportunities and developing skills.
