    Dear Customers, please be informed that starting from 17 March 2020 the Embassy of Croatia in Kazakhstan and Visa Application Centre in Almaty suspend visa applications submission until further notice. These measures are taken due to declared state of emergency in Europe. Only member of the Croatian citizen (spouse and child) can apply for a visa.

    Important Notice

    Applicants who wish to apply for a visa to Croatia are strongly advised to use the Online Visa Application Form available at https://crovisa.mvep.hr/default.aspx?langId=en . The Online Form is available in Croatian, English, Albanian, Turkish, Russian and Ukrainian language. Once you have successfully completed the Online Application Form, you are requested to print a copy and submit it along with the Documents Required (refer to http://www.vfsglobal.com/croatia/kazakhstan/) to the Croatian Visa Application Centre in Almaty, Kazakhstan.”

    Article 23 of REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL establishing a Community code on Visas (Visa Code)

    Decision on the application

    1. Applications shall be decided on within 15 calendar days of the date of the lodging of an application which is admissible in accordance with Article 19.
    2. That period may be extended up to a maximum of 30 calendar days in individual cases,notably when further scrutiny of the application is needed or in cases of representation where the authorities of the represented Member State are consulted.
    3. Exceptionally, when additional documentation is needed in specific cases, the period may be extended up to a maximum of 60 calendar days
