Please note that the Croatia Visa Application Centre in Dubai will be closed on Sunday, 23 August 2020 on the occasion of Hijri New Year.

The visa processing and normal operations will commence Monday, 24 August 2020. Applicants must plan their travel accordingly, and are requested to make a note of the holiday period in order to submit their applications.

Important notice for all the visa applicants: Additional Covid-19 fee and mandatory passport return by courier

Effective Tuesday 28 July 2020, customers can submit visa applications at the Croatia Visa Application Centre in Dubai.

Your safety is our priority. As part of precautionary measures, customers visiting our Visa Application Centres may be subjected to body temperature checks to assess their health conditions and required to wear face mask and gloves. Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including fever (higher than 38 degrees Celsius), cough and difficulty breathing will be allowed/ asked to submit their application on another day and will be advised to seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility of their choice.

• Business hours for Dubai:

09:00 hrs – 17:00 hrs Sunday to Thursday

09:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs Application submission

• Strict social distancing measures will be followed
• Limited number of customers will be allowed inside the Visa Application Center at a time.

• Visa process for the following categories will be accepted:

  • Immediate family members;
  • Persons travelling for business (with work permit) and
  • Persons travelling for schooling.
