Important information when entering Denmark
If you arrive from a country classified as a banned country, you must present proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before entry. If you fail to present such a test, you must expect to be refused entry as from Monday, 26 October 2020.

You can also apply for a short-term visa, only if your purpose of visit is listed on the website of the Danish police. Once you have identified that you are eligible for applying, we ask you to fill in application form on MFA’s portal - https://applyvisa.um.dk/, collect required documents for your application, and come to Visa Centre. Considering the current epidemiological situation regarding the incidence of COVID-19 infection, in order to prevent new cases of coronavirus infection, this is to inform that while visiting the Visa Center, body temperature will be measured using non-contact equipment for all customers. In the event of a temperature rise above 37 degrees, customers will not be allowed into the Visa Center. Once the temperature would be back to normal you may visit the Visa Application Center again.
Visa Application Centers strongly recommend to wear Personal Protective Equipment (face mask, gloves) when visiting Visa Application Centers. Clients with signs of respiratory illness are kindly requested to postpone the visit until they recover completely.
As a measure to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus and protect our customers and employees, the return of passports will be carried out only through courier delivery to a home or office address. This would be a temporary measure applicable to all persons applying via our Visa Application Center in Minsk, and will last December 31, 2020 or till the time the Covid-19 situation will see significant improvement, whatever comes first.
NEW ONLINE VISA APPLICATION: From 01 July 2019, you should fill in your visa application and pay the application fee online using https://applyvisa.um.dk/. After you have applied and paid the visa fee online, you must print and sign the cover letter from ApplyVisa and hand in supporting documents and supply biometrics at the Visa Application Centre. ONLINE PAYMENT OF Residence work permit application (long stay visa):
From 01 July 2019, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark including all Danish diplomatic missions are introducing online payment of the embassy fee for residence or work permit.
The embassy fee should be paid online using this link https://dys.um.dk/permit/
The receipt for the payment should be submitted at the Danish Visa Application Centre (VFS) when you hand in your passport, relevant documentation and supply biometrics.
Please note that in R/W permit cases there are three fees to be paid.
