Increased fees for visa applications

Dear Applicants,

Attention!

Due to changes in the Visa Code, which will be effective from 02 February 2020, the visa fee for applying for a short-term Schengen visa will increase to 80 euros. For children from 6 to 12 years old (not including) the visa fee will be 40 euros. Payment, as before, will be made in Belarusian rubles at the exchange rate agreed additionally on the day of payment. Children under 6 years old (not including) will be exempted from paying the visa fee.

Dear Applicants,

Please be informed that Visa Service Center in Minsk will be open only for collection of passports on 30 December 2019, 31 December 2019 and 03 January 2020, 04 January 2020.

08 September 2019

Dear applicants,

Please note that from 09 September 2019 you can submit and receive documents for Denmark visas at the address: Minsk, st. 6 Bobruiskaya, on the 6th floor.

30 July 2019: APPLY VISA:

"NEW ONLINE VISA APPLICATION: From the 01 July 2019, you should fill in your visa application and pay the application fee online using https://applyvisa.um.dk/. After you have applied and paid the visa fee online, you must print and sign the cover letter from ApplyVisa and hand in supporting documents and supply biometrics at the Visa Application Centre”

ONLINE PAYMENT OF R/W FEE (new link!):

“From 01 July 2019, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark including all Danish diplomatic missions are introducing online payment of the embassy fee for residence or work permit.

The embassy fee should be paid online using this link https://dys.um.dk/permit/

The receipt for the payment should be submitted at the Danish Visa Application Centre (VFS) when you hand in your passport, relevant documentation and supply biometrics. Please note that in R/W permit cases there are three fees to be paid. 1) The fee to either The Danish Immigration Service or The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI), 2) the fee to the Danish embassy (using the link https://dys.um.dk/permit/) and 3) the fee to the Danish Visa Application Centre (VFS).”

25 July 2019: Attention, Applicants in Minsk,

Please note that due to technical reasons starting from 25 July 2019, applications for Denmark visa in Minsk will be accepted in the premise of the Poland Visa Application center located at Minsk, Bobruiskaya st.,6 on the 5th Floor from 09:00 – 16:00 until further notice.

Passport collection time remains unchanged and will happen in the premise of the Poland Visa Application center located at Minsk, Bobruiskaya st.,6 on the 5th Floor from 09:00 - 16:00

12 July 2019: Dear Applicants,

We would like to draw your attention that from 12 July 2019. 18:00 to 16 July 2019 8:00 parking on the 6th floor of the shopping center "Galileo" will be closed for entry and exit for repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please note that all Danish visa center in Minsk will be closed for documents submission on from 18, 19, and 22 of March 2019
Collection of ready passports will happen as per usual schedule.

02 January 2019: Dear Applicants,

Please be informed that Visa Service Center in Minsk will be open only for collection of passports from 02 January 2019 till 04 January 2019 and on 08 January 2019.

12 December 2018: Dear Applicants,

Please be informed that Visa Service Center in Minsk will be open only for collection of passports on 22 December 2018 and from 26 December 2018 till 29 December 2018.

01 June 2018: Dear Applicants,

Please be informed that starting from 01.06.2018 the service fee is 27 euros (including VAT). The service fee can be paid only in cash in Belarusian rubles and must correspond to the current exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the day of payment.

Starting from 01.06.2018, the applications accepted in the Visa Application Center are sent to the Embassy of Denmark once a week: (on Friday, in case of holidays - on the previous working day). Reception of the documents with decisions from the Embassy is also carried out once a week. Please consider this fact when planning your trip and submit documents in advance.

14 March 2018: Dear Applicants,

Please note that all Danish visa center in Minsk will be closed for documents submission on from 29 March 2018 till 02 April 2018

13 March 2018: Dear Applicants,

Please be informed that Denmark will host Ice Hockey World Championship in May 2018 from the 4th to the 20th. Due to that fact the Visa Department expects to receive a lot of visa applications of those who are planning to attend ice hockey games. So the Embassy kindly requests to apply for a visa in a good time, and take into consideration as well that Visa department will be closed from the 29 March 2018 to the 02 April 2018(both dates included) due to the Easter holidays, and that due to internal events of the Visa Department from 06 April 2018 to 13 April 2018(both dates included) no visas will be issued, but applications will be accepted in visa centers. Accelerated procedure will be available for applications submitted before 03 April 2018 and after 16 April 2018.

19 August 2017: Personal Assistance Service.

Dear Applicants,

Please be informed that starting from 21 August 2017 a new premium service will be available at the Denmark Visa Application Center. Applicants will be able to opt for personal assistance during the visa application submission process. The personal assistance service will have the following benefits:

  • Assistance with filling visa application form and supporting documents;
  • Priority service right from the entrance to the Visa Center to submission, payment and biometrics;
  • Minimal waiting times for the applicants.

28 June 2017:Visa Announcement: Prolonged Visa processing time. Due to the peak season and an increased interest in visiting Denmark the Visa Department currently has longer processing time than usual. The Visa Department encourages you to apply in good time, prior to your trip to Denmark. Please note that there is no need to contact the Visa Department since all applications are being processed ahead of your planned trips, also taking into consideration the time for passport delivery.

The Visa Department apologies for any possible inconvenience.

Dear applicants!

Please be informed that due to the new law passed by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and came in force on 16th of September 2015, Visa Application Centers cannot accept foreign currency towards the Consular fee.

Visa Application Centers temporarily will not accept documents. Please do check our websites regularly for any updated information on this issue. For more information, please contact our call - center at +375 17 388 02 90.

Note that applicants exempted from the visa fee can apply documents at Visa Application Centers.
