  • Important information when entering Denmark

    If you arrive from a country classified as a banned country, you must present proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before entry. If you fail to present such a test, you must expect to be refused entry as from Monday, 26 October 2020.

  • The processing time for a Schengen visa to Denmark is up 15 days from the date the application is received at the Embassy. Due to the pandemic please take note that you should allow for an additional 10-15 days for the transportation of your documents between the visa application center and Embassy in Kenya. It is highly recommended that you apply well in advance, at least 4 weeks prior to your planned trip.
  • The Denmark Visa Application Centre will resume operations on 22nd June 2020. The Centre will however only accept applications for long term permits and Business Visa applications and this shall be via appointment. The office shall be open only on Mondays and Wednesdays until further notice.
