As part of our constant and ongoing endeavor to add value to your experience we offer additional optional services designed to make the process easy and effortless. To use them, you will need to pay an extra fee in addition to the visa application fee.

Premium Lounge Service:

Apply for your visa from the comfort of our Premium Lounge.

The Premium Lounge Service is available for those customers who would like to experience a dedicated service with individual attention of one of our staff. This service provides the following amenities:

  • A separate premium service lounge
  • Stylish surroundings with refreshments
  • Photocopying service for your documents
  • Quicker submission of your application at the visa application centre
  • SMS alert on the status of your application
  • Courier return of your passport.

You can avail this service at the visa application centre.

Important note: Your visa will be processed and decided by The Embassy of Denmark in UAE. Availing the Premium Lounge Service does not mean that your visa will be processed faster.

Please note: You do not need to pay the additional Courier, SMS and photocopying fee if availing the Premium Lounge Service.

Prime Time Service:

The Prime time service is mainly aimed to facilitate working professional and business executives who would prefer to apply outside of their own normal working hours.
Prime time service allows applicants to submit their application with a prior online appointment at the Dubai Visa Application Centre, outside of normal business hours, at an additional cost per application, along with the visa and service fees.

Prime time service is available as per the table below:

Prime Time Business Hours
Sunday – Thursday 08:00 - 09:00
and
16:00 – 17:00

The fee is non-refundable.

Important: This service does not imply or guarantee in any way that applicants availing the prime time service will have a faster turn-around time or be successful in their visa application. All visa applicants must meet the requirements of the Embassy/Consulate.

Please Note: The Premium Lounge service is not available in conjunction with the Prime Time service.

Form Filling Service:

A dedicated member of staff will complete your visa application form online. Please note the Original passport, Hotel booking, Air tickets and Insurance will be required for this service.

The staff will fill your form as per the documents provided by you.

* All applicants are requested to verify the application form before proceeding to submit the application. VFS and its staff shall not be responsible for the contents and the accuracy of the information entered on the Visa Application Form, the responsibility lies with the applicant.

VFS shall not be responsible or liable for any adverse decision arising out of the contents or the accuracy of the information provided on the Visa Application Form

Courier Service:

Have your passport couriered back to you instead of collecting it from the VAC.

The visa application centre will courier your passport back to you once a decision has been made regarding your application. You can purchase this service at the visa application centre. Please enquire about this service when you submit your visa application at one of the VFS Global service desks.

Please note: You do not need to pay the additional courier fee if availing the Premium lounge service.

SMS Alerts Service:

Receive SMS updates informing you of the status of your visa application

SMS updates will be sent to you informing you of the status of your visa application. Once purchased, you will receive several automated feedback messages to your mobile number informing you what stage your application is within the process. The service supports the transfer of SMS text into the language of your choice (Arabic and English) and re-assures you that your visa application is progressing towards the final stages of the visa application process. At the end of the process you will receive an automated email message (in English only) to your registered email address provided in your application form, informing you that the Embassy has arrived at a decision with regard to your application. You will, however, not be informed on the outcome of this decision.

You can avail this service at the same time you submit your visa application form, supporting documents and biometric data at the visa application centre.

Note: This value added service is optional and is available only in UAE for local SMS only.

Please Note: You do not need to pay the additional SMS fee if availing the Premium Lounge Service

Photograph service:

Applicants using this service can have their photograph taken at the Visa Application Centre. This will ensure that the photographs meet Embassy’s specifications. This service can be availed for 4 passport size photographs.

Travel Inconvenience Cover:

Travel with peace of mind, Insurance from Allianz covering for Loss of Passport, Credit Card Fraud and Travel Visa rejection

Photocopying Documents Service:

You may avail this service at the photocopying booth in the Visa Application Centre.

COVID-19 Appointment Booking Assistance

A member of staff will help you book an appointment for your Covid-19 testing. Please note, the fees is non-refundable.
