Welcome to the website for Danish Visa Application Center managed by VFS Global. VFS Global is a commercial company, working as a privately-run service company, authorized by the Embassy of Denmark to provide the users with complete information on procedure and requirements for visa and to collect the visa applications. However, any assessment and decision on visa is taken by the Embassy only. Please visit the website of the Danish mission for more information

Step 2 Before you decide to apply for a visa please make sure you familiarize yourself with the information on the visa subclass you are applying for. Quick links to information on visa categories and other helpful information including Visa Fee, VFS Service Charge and Processing Time can be found on the Visa Wizard page on this website.

Step 3 Applicants should fill the Visa Application Form corresponding to the visa subclass under which they wish to lodge their application. Applicants can get the visa application form by visiting the nearest Denmark Visa Application Centre or by downloading the forms from Applications and Forms.

  • Important Notification:

    Please note, it has been decided by The Danish Ministry of Immigration and Integration that residence permit applications for study (incl. Ph.D), internship, volunteers and au pair as well as their accompanying family members will be refused by SIRI as of 3 February 2021.

    Be aware of the current restrictions on entry into Denmark. Travelers from closed/banned countries can enter Denmark only if they have a worthy purpose. Read more about what constitutes a worthy purpose on the website of the Danish Police.

    If you arrive from a country classified as a banned country, you must present proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before entry. If you fail to present such a test, you must expect to be refused entry as from Monday, 26 October 2020.

    All applicants for Schengen Visas are also advised to provide Travel Medical Insurance which also covers COVID-19.

  • Your safety is our priority. As part of precautionary measures, customers visiting our Application Centres are required to wear face mask and gloves.

    Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including cough and difficulty breathing will be allowed to reschedule their application submission for another day and will be advised to seek medical attention.

    Please also note that

    • Limited number of customers will be allowed inside the Application Centre at a time. A pre booked appointment will be necessary.
    • Only the main applicant will be allowed inside the Centre.
