In keeping with the local government’s announcement about lockdown in Ukraine, which will happened from 08 January 2021 till 24 January 2021, we would like to pay your attention that Visa Application Centre in Kyiv will be closed. Your decision envelope can be returned to you via the courier service offered by the VAC. All other Visa Application Centres across Ukraine will be open for usual operations.

Important information when entering Denmark
If you arrive from a country classified as a banned country, you must present proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 72 hours before entry. If you fail to present such a test, you must expect to be refused entry as from Monday, 26 October 2020.

The Visa Application Centers will start accepting documents from June 3, 2020. Document submission and passport collection can be done only with appointment.
ONLINE PAYMENT OF Residence work permit application (long stay visa):
From 01 July 2019, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark including all Danish diplomatic missions are introducing online payment of the embassy fee for residence or work permit.
The embassy fee should be paid online using this link https://dys.um.dk/permit/
The receipt for the payment should be submitted at the Danish Visa Application Centre (VFS) when you hand in your passport, relevant documentation and supply biometrics.
Please note that in R/W permit cases there are three fees to be paid.
The fee to either The Danish Immigration Service or The Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI), 2) the fee to the Danish embassy (using the link https://dys.um.dk/permit/) and 3) the fee to the Danish Visa Application Centre (VFS).
