Test samples may be submitted to either of the partnered certified laboratory of your choice. The test reports are directly sent by the partnered laboratory to the registered email address of the individual, ensuring confidentiality of the result.
If customer consent is provided, upon request, the results could be shared with the relevant Airlines or Travel Authorities.
