AFTER SUBMISSION

Once your application is lodged, it can be tracked online for current status.

SMS Tracking: You can opt for the SMS service that provides 3 SMS updates, in real time, on the status of your lodged application. SMS can be selected when applying online or at the time of lodgement at the IPVSC.

Return of Passport/Documents/Consular service outcome:
IPVSC provides a next day delivery service* for the secure return of your processed applications to your nominated address.

* Next day delivery service is subject to the accuracy of your nominated address and post code to be serviced.

Note: Processing times exclude post/courier transit time and IPVSC will only update you on the movement of your application, not the visa outcome.

Collection of Visa/limited Consular service outcome:

For those services only, where collection in person is permitted at an IPVSC, please schedule an appointment based on your jurisdiction. While our team will do their best to ensure you are served as per your appointment, your safety and that of our staff is paramount, and additional wait times may apply to accommodate our COVID-19 preventative measures in practice.

Note:

  • You will be asked to return with an appointment, if you arrive without one.
  • Customers without their ICR, id proof and authority letter, if applicable, will be asked to return with a new appointment.
  • Appointments for permitted collections cannot be used towards lodgement of applications. Customers will be asked to return with new and correct appointment category.
  • Average queue times in peak seasons of August to December may range from 20-30 minutes and may be longer during lunch rush hours.
