    While we practice strict COVID-19 preventative measures, for your own safety and that of our staff, we strongly recommend you sending your complete application by Express Post/courier only to us. In addition to saving travel and wait time, this will also help prevent and control exposure to any potentially undetected infection and observe social distancing guidelines.

    • Applications must be sent to the P.O. Box address for your jurisdiction only. Please click here for a list of the same
    • All applications received through postal will be returned by secure courier as per approved charges. Self-addressed envelopes will be returned.

    • Scam alert - Migration fraud and scams
      We are concerned by recent scam phone calls, claiming to be from the Australian High Commission, New Delhi, with the caller requesting money to amend an error in the Date of Birth in the application form at the time of departure at the airport with the warning of deportation for lack of immediate action and payment.     • Please note: VFS Global does not make phone calls for getting customer information. Please report immediately on if you receive any call purported to be originated by VFS Global to gather any personal information.
    • PIO Card scheme is no longer in existence.
    • Scheduling appointment to visit the application centre is now mandatory effective 1 January 2015.
