While we practice strict COVID-19 preventative measures, for your own safety and that of our staff, we strongly recommend you send your complete application by Express Post/courier only to us. In addition to saving travel and wait time, this will also help control exposure to any potentially undetected infection and observe social distancing guidelines.

  • Prepare your application documentation.
  • Express Post/courier your documentation to us.

Note:

  • Applications must be sent to the P.O. Box address for your jurisdiction only, as listed below.
  • All applications received through post/courier will be returned by secure courier, as per approved charges. Self-addressed envelopes will be returned.
  • Incomplete applications will be returned and return charges will apply.

Once your application is complete, refer to the IPVSC location where you should send your applications through Express Post/courier.

Should you choose to apply in person at an IPVSC, please schedule an appointment based on your jurisdiction. While our team will do their best to ensure you are served as per your appointment, your safety and that of our staff is paramount, and additional wait times may apply to accommodate our COVID-19 preventative measures in practice.

Note:

  • You will be asked to return with an appointment, if you arrive without one for lodgement.
  • Customers with incomplete application paperwork will be asked to return with a new appointment.
  • Appointments for permitted collections cannot be used towards lodgement of applications. Customers will be asked to return with new and correct appointment category.
  • Average queue times in peak seasons of August to December may range from 20-30 minutes and may be longer during lunch rush hours.
