How to pay the Visa fees:

By cash at any of the Barclays Bank branches listed below before submitting your visa application: (Please check with the serving cashier at the bank for the account number for Italy Visa

Market Branch, Muindi Mbingu Street

Kisumu Branch, Off Odinga Oginga Road

Eldoret Branch, Off Kenyatta Street

Please Note:

The applicable visa fee is as per the current exchange rate and It is subject to change. All the fees are non-refundable.
The Visa Fee is payable by cash in Kenya shillings at the indicated Barclays bank branches
The applicant must bring a bank deposit slip duly validated by the bank at the time of application.

There is a service charge of Kshs 2,600 (payable in cash at the Visa application centre) levied per application over and above the visa fees

Step 1
Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. We have no say on whether you will be granted a visa or how much time it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Consulate of Italy to decide on.

Submit your documents at our Visa Application Centre on the date and time given for your appointment.
