In compliance of Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community Code on Visas (Visa Code) all Schengen Member States are required to mandatorily capture Biometric data as part of the Visa Application Process.

All categories of Visa Applicants will mandatorily be required to appear in person at the Malta Visa Application Centers and provide 10 flat finger prints and a facial image as part of the visa application process. The implementation of this system will bring significant security enhancement and improvement in identity management and issuance of visas.

Before you choose the deposit center of your visa file, please ensure the constituency you are attached to. Please select the appropriate global vfs centre according to your place of residence.
