Short-stay Caribbean Visa

Overview

A short-stay visa lets you visit the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom for a maximum of 90 days within a 180-day period. This depends on your nationality and the length of your stay.

Visa Fees

The amount of Visa Fee is set by the Netherlands Embassy in Rubles in accordance with the current exchange rate.

* This fee also covers citizens of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan.

Service fee

  • There is a service charge of 1300 Rubles (inclusive of VAT) levied per application over and above the visa fees.
  • Logistics fee – 450 RUB For all regional visa centers
  • The applicable visa fee in Russian Rubles is as per the current exchange rate.

Following categories of persons are exempt from paying Service charge:

  1. Children under 6 years old, and
  2. Disabled persons of the 1st group and the person accompanying them, if necessary.

Important:

  • Visa and Service Fees are paid at the Visa Application Center in cash in Russian Rubles.
  • The fees are non-refundable.

Documents Required

  • Step 1: Complete the application form
  • Complete the online application form , print it out and take it to your appointment.
  • Step 2: Get all the required documents (checklist)
  • Get all the documents required for your application. The checklist explains which documents you need to provide and which requirements they must meet.
  • For every document submitted, you must provide the original (to show at the counter) and a photocopy (to be attached to the visa file). The documents must have been drawn up in (or translated into) Dutch, English, French or Spanish.

Processing Time

  • The earliest you can apply for a visa is 3 months before you intend to travel. In most cases, you'll be informed within 15 calendar days whether your application has been successful.
