All applicants applying in Moscow should take a prior appointment for submitting the application at the Netherlands Visa Application Centre or The Netherlands Embassy in Moscow / The Consulate General in St. Petersburg
Be aware that choosing a different appointment type in the Embassy agenda, e.g. Dutch passport application instead of Schengen visa, makes the appointment void.
We will not be able to help you and you will have to book a new appointment.
Please note that Visa Centre accepts documents only for Short Term visas to The Netherlands and Dutch Caribbean. Please contact the Embassy for the Long Term visas.
The appointment should be made for each applicant separately, even for children and children endorsed in the parents’ passport.
Please note that the appointment system allows you to create a single appointment for all the participants of a trip. To do this, select “Add applicant” during the appointment scheduling process.
If you don’t get to the Visa Application Centre at the appointed time, you will have to reschedule your appointment for another day. We encourage you to arrive early - 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Applying for a short-term (Schengen) visa at the Netherlands Consulate General in St.Petersburg:
Please note that the Consulate General of the Netherlands in St.Petersburg accepts short-term applications only on Tuesdays and Thursdays and only upon preliminary appointment.
IMPORTANT: The Netherlands Consulate General does not accept applications from individual seafarers and pilots or entire crew. These categories of applicants have to apply for a visa only through the Netherlands visa application centre.
