Important Information

  • The Netherlands Visa Application Centers closed

    As a result of the corona crisis the Netherlands has closed its Visa Application Centers until further notice. All visa application appointments from 18 March 2020 onwards are cancelled.

  • It is not possible to extend a visa. Not even if, due to circumstances, the visa expired unused. You will have to apply for a new visa.

  • Important notice: To prevent the spread of Novel Coronavirus, Customers and Visitors are requested to wear masks to enter the building and Visa Application Center. Customers and Visitors may also be asked to use a hand sanitizer and may have their body temperature checked before they enter the Building premise.
  • Introduction of Appointment System for the Netherlands Visa Application in Hanoi

    Due to an increase in the number of visa applications submitted at VFS Hanoi, resulting in longer waiting times for applicants, the Netherlands Visa Application Center in Hanoi will start working with an appointment system on the 04 June 2018. The appointment system will help streamline the application submission process and reduce waiting times at the center.  

    Introduction of the appointment system at VFS Hanoi means that it will be mandatory to make an appointment when you wish to submit a visa application for the Netherlands; the center will not be able to accommodate walk-in applicants from the 04 June 2018 onwards.
