Visa applications for USA residents are to be submitted at the Norway Visa Application Centers in New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Houston or San Francisco (USA). All applications will be assessed by The Royal Norwegian Embassy in the USA. The Visa Application Centers are operated by VFS Services (USA) Inc.

Welcome to the website of the VFS Visa Application Centre for Norway in the Philippines. This site provides information on procedures applicable to all nationalities who need a Schengen visa to travel to Norway, Estonia, Finland, Iceland and Sweden. VFS Global is a commercial company, working as a privately-run service company, authorized by the Embassy of Norway to provide the users with complete information on procedure and requirements for visa and to collect the visa applications. However, any assessment and decision on visa is taken by the Embassy only.

    The Norwegian Government has taken measures in order to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus and to contribute to the maintenance of necessary health care and services. The Norwegian Government has implemented restrictions for entering Norway.

  • Restrictions on entry into Norway

    The Norwegian Government has implemented extensive restrictions on entry into Norway due to the spread of COVID-19. As a result, foreigners who do not hold a valid residence permit in Norway will be rejected at the border and refused entry into Norway. For the time being, visas for visitors to Norway will not be granted.

  • Please be sure you are applying for your Schengen visa through the correct Embassy or Consulate General. This is based on the main purpose of your journey or your first port of entry and time spent in your countries of destination. Please visit this site to confirm the policy through which country you should apply for your Schengen visa.
  • **ALL applicants must book an appointment and visit the visa application center in person. Kindly make individual appointment for each applicant travelling with you i.e. family member, group of friends or colleagues. We will not be accepting more than 1 applicant in the booked time slot. NO WALK-IN applicants will be accepted.

    Please make your appointment as per above required Mission. Please note it is not possible to book appointments by phone or email.
  • Advisory- ONLY the applicant is permitted in the waiting area, please DO NOT bring any additional person accompanying you as they will be asked to wait outside of the office premises in the food court or any place outside.(EXCEPTIONS- Minor applicants and applicants with special needs )
