HOW TO APPLY

Step 1

Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa or how long it will take to process your application, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Norway Embassy in Algeria.

Step 3

Fill out online visa application form (VAF), sign it and affix your photograph..

Step 4

Submit your application and include the following:

• Duly filled out and signed visa application form (VAF)
• Duly filled and signed document checklist
• Original passport/s
• Supporting documents

Step 5

Once your application has been successfully processed, VFS shall issue you a payment receipt with your application reference number and details.

Ensure you read the security regulation notices before submitting your visa application

Track your application

Step 8

Collect your passport from the Visa Application Centre by bringing your official receipt and a valid ID.

If a representative will pick up the passport on your behalf, please hand in the following:

1. Official receipt
2. Copy of your valid ID
3. Signed authorization letter with complete details
4. Original valid ID of the representative

If you opted for courier, our courier partner will deliver your passport in 1-2 days (Algiers) and 2-3 days if the address is outside Algiers. Should the mailing address is outside the serviceable area; you may have to pick up your passport in the nearest courier branch.
