Online registration is mandatory for all applications.Please refer to the application portal. Before registration , please make sure you choose the correct category of permit you are applying for. Remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a category.
Nationals of certain countries need a visa in order to visit Norway for up to 90 days. All foreign nationals who are to stay in Norway for more than 90 days must have a residence permit. Foreign nationals who are to work in Norway will in many cases need to have a residence permit, even for stays of less than 90 days.
Online registration using the Application Portal requires payment of the application fee online using a credit/debit card (Mastercard or Visa). It is also possible for the sponsor in Norway to complete all, or part of the online process for the applicant (e.g. log on and pay the application fee).
Applicants who have not registered their applications online prior to showing up at the Norway Visa Application Centre, may register their applications online at the Application Centre using designated kiosks. Please make sure that you bring a credit/debit card with you to ensure that the Application fee may be paid online using the Application Portal.

Applications for Visa must as a general rule be submitted by the applicant in person. If you reside in Senegal, but are a citizen of another country except Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Gambia, you must have had a work or residence permit in Senegal for the past six months before you submit the application.
