Consular Services Types

The India Visa and Consular Services Application Centre are the outsourced partner of Embassy of India in Thailand. In this capacity, the India Visa and Consular Services Application Centre is responsible for receipt of applications for consular services, collection of fees, submission of applications at the Embassy / Consulate of India in Thailand, collecting the processed passports from the Embassy of India in Thailand, and returning them back to applicants.

The India Visa and Consular Services Application Centre are managed by VFS Global who is not involved in the process of assessment of visa applications. The assessment of visa applications is carried out by the Embassy / Consulate of India in Thailand and the decision to grant or refuse a visa to India is at their sole discretion. Staff members of VFS Global have no role or influence over the outcome of an application.
