Consular Services Types
The India Visa and Consular Services Application Centre are the outsourced partner of Embassy of India in Thailand. In this capacity, the India Visa and Consular Services Application Centre is responsible for receipt of applications for consular services, collection of fees, submission of applications at the Embassy / Consulate of India in Thailand, collecting the processed passports from the Embassy of India in Thailand, and returning them back to applicants.
The India Visa and Consular Services Application Centre are managed by VFS Global who is not involved in the process of assessment of visa applications. The assessment of visa applications is carried out by the Embassy / Consulate of India in Thailand and the decision to grant or refuse a visa to India is at their sole discretion. Staff members of VFS Global have no role or influence over the outcome of an application.

- Covering Letter stating details of service needed and the reason for PCC along with detailed address.

- Passport copy of Main Visa holder 2 sets of photocopies

- Photographs 2 by 2 inches white background 2 copies of photograph
- Authorization Letter incase applicant cannot come personally to apply for the service. Please attach Thai ID/passport copy of the person who is authorizing.

All certificates submitted to the Embassy of India, Bangkok for attestation should be got first attested in India as explained below:
School Certificates Concerned State Board of Secondary Education. Diploma/Vocational Training Certificates/Marriage Certificate, Birth or Death Certificates etc. Authorized Officer of the Department of Home Affairs of the State where the institutions, which issued the Certificate, is situated. - Applicant has to submit on his/her own behalf a Bachelorhood Affidavit from Competent Courts in India in original with photocopy. The affidavit should be attested from Consular Section, (CPV Division), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India (Address: Ground Floor, Patiala House, Tilak Marg, and New Delhi).
- Original passport with photocopy of all pages of personal particulars and current visa page

Documents Required
- Letter from applicant requesting for Life Certificate or attestation of pension papers.
- Original passport with photocopy (all pages of personal particulars and current visa page).
- Two photographs of the applicant on blue background, 3.5x3.5 cm., in case required by applicant's bankers.
- Applicant has to sign the Life Certificate in the presence of Consular Officer in deuplicate
- Original pension related paper along with a photocopy.

Documents Required
- Request letter from “next of kin” of the deceased.
- Original and copy of Passport, of the next of kin. (1st page and last page)
- Original and copy of Passport of dead person.
- Death notification from hospital if death happens in Hospital
- Police report in case of Natural death at home or due to accident.
- Copy of FIR filed by family in case of accident or unnatural death.
All Thai documents should be translated into English before submission to the Embassy.
Once NOC is issued the person can collect the dead body from the local authorities.
Document required for Death Certificate to be issued by Embassy:
(For transportation of dead body to India or after cremation in Thailand)
- Death Certificate issued by Thai District office. Copy of the death certificate in Thai and English.
- Photocopy of Post-mortem report if available, in Thai and English.
- Original Passport of the death person for cancellation.
