Note: Residence permit renewals cannot be applied through VFS.

Visa Fees

State fees and VFS Service Fee

State fee to be paid while booking the appointment on the VFS Global website or while submitting the biometric data at the Temporary Residence permit Application Center. Information about state fees for examination & the decision on the application of the temporary residence permit can be found . here

An additional VFS service fee will be charged when you visit the Temporary Residence Permit application center. The VFS service fee includes the delivery of the issued document to the Visa application center. You will find more information on this fee under the “attend a center” tab.

All paid state and service fees are non-refundable despite of the decision.

Documents Required

It is recommended that your passport be valid for the entire duration of the requested permit and an additional 3 months. If your passport is valid for a shorter period of time than the issued temporary residence permit, the permit will be issued for a period 3 months shorter than the validity of the passport..

An application for the temporary residence permit in general procedure with the accompanying documents must be submitted at least 2 months in advance and an application for changing a temporary residence permit and supporting documents must be submitted at least 1 month before the expiry of the temporary residence permit, but not earlier than 4 months in advance.

Note

Applications provided through VFS are being examined only in general order (it is not possible to submit an application on an urgent basis).
