  • Important Information: COVID -19

    Due to COVID- 19, cross border travel is affected, the Diplomatic Missions and Russia Visa Centres are opened to provide assistance and offer services for essential travels.

    Applicants/travellers for specific purposes can still submit their visa applications at the Russia Visa Center. Please note, Russia Visa Center are operational only on Thursday from 9am till 12am. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us via email ID: rvaccopenhagen@vfshelpline.com.

    For below categories, the applicants can submit their visa applications:

    1. Business visas for:

      Truck drivers of international automobile traffic, aircraft, sea and river vessels crew members, train and locomotive crew members of international railway traffic, personnel determined by international agreements of the Russian Federation in the filed of railway transport.

      Persons involved in the commissioning and maintenance of foreign-made equipment specified in the list sent to the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia by the federal executive body in whose jurisdiction is the organization - customer of foreign-made equipment.

      Persons entering the Russian Federation for treatment purposes, on the condition that they present documents issued by a medical organization confirming the invitation for treatment, indicating the time of treatment or documents issued by Russian Ministry of Health confirming the same.

    2. Private Visa:

      special cases (death of close relatives: spouses, parents, children, adoptive parents, adopted children), legal guardians of Russian citizens, on the condition they present the death certificate and the documents proving the degree of relationship.

      Persons who enter the Russian Federation to visit close sick relatives (spouses, parents, children, adoptive parents, adopted children), legal guardians of Russian citizens in need of care for single entry only and on the condition that they present documents issued by a medical institution confirming their condition and the documents proving the degree of relationship.

    3. Work visas for:

      highly trained specialists included in the list sent to the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB) and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia by the federal executive body in whose jurisdiction is the organization – employer/customer of work/services rendered by the highly trained specialist. The applicant has to mention the Russian state border crossing and the time of entry as well as to present a valid employment contract or a civil law contract for the performance of work.

  • Due to coronavirus we strongly advise you to choose a courier delivery to receive your passport with visa. We extended the area of possible delivery and now we can send your passport outside Denmark too. Check prices at the Visa application center.
