Step 1:

Please note, that the Russian Visa Application Centre is authorized by the Embassy of Russia in Singapore to be the only point of submission of applications for all types of Russian visas except Diplomatic and Service visas (Applications for Diplomatic or Service visa shall be submitted directly to the Consular Section of the Russian Embassy in Singapore).

Step 2:

Please go to the link “Know your visa type” to understand, if you need a visa for your travel to Russia, and what type of visa matches the purpose of your visit.

Please ensure you are clear on your “purpose of visit” - do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa as this is entirely the prerogative of the Embassy of Russia to decide on granting of visa.

Step 3:

Once you are clear on what type of visa you need, please go to the link “Visa types” to learn more on the requirements for a particular type of visa.

You can find there the information on the visa fees, documents required, photo specifications and processing time.

Step 4:

Once you have required documents ready, please read the instructions in the section “Online Application form” and fill in the online visa application form.   

Please ensure the Application form is printed on A4 FORMAT PAPER

IMPORTANT: Application forms printed on A4-paper with settings for Letter-paper will not be accepted.

Step 5:

You can submit your printed and signed application form with all the additional documents to the Russian Visa Application Centre in person OR through a representative (no authorization letter is required). You can either take an appointment to visit the visa application center or simply walk in with the necessary documents.

Please note that handwritten changes in the printed form are not accepted. If your visa application form requires amendment, you may opt to ask our staff for Application Correction and Re-printing Assist. (For Application Correction and Re-printing Service extra fee will apply)Please ensure you have ALL photocopies of documents indicated in “Documents required” section with you. If you do not have required copies, your application will not be accepted, or you may opt to ask our staff for assistance (extra fee for photocopying will be applied).

Please note that each visa application needs to be accompanied by a visa fee for the amount applicable to your visa category.

Please note that in addition to the visa fee, applicants are required to pay the Russian Visa Application Centre Service Charge of SGD 42 (including GST) for each visa application..

Step 6:

Please ensure you read the security regulation notices before you visit the Russian Visa Application Centre.

Step 7:

Please note that in order to collect your passport at the Russian Visa Application Centre you or your representative will need to present the original receipt, which will be collected from you as a proof of delivery of your passport. Please make sure you have a copy of it, if you require it for your records.

Step 8:

It is the Applicant’s responsibility to check immediately after collection of the passport the validity of the visa, including personal details, dates of travel and number or entries.
