HOW TO APPLY

To apply for the Singapore visa please visit the VFS Global, Singapore Visa Application Centre for the visa application lodgment and personal identification. Also go through our website carefully to understand all the visa required documents.

Individual submission

When you personally submit your documents at the visa service centre.

Step 1:

Click Visa Types. Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your ‘purpose of visit’ – do remember we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa category. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we cannot say whether you will be granted a visa and how much time it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Consular Department of the Embassy of Singapore to decide on.

Step 2:

Complete your application form electronically or fill it manually in bold letters. Please ensure you do not leave any section of the form blank.

Step 3:

If the application has been completed electronically you must print the form.

Step 4:

Check fees payable, payment options and documents required. All such details can be found in the respective visa categories under the section ‘Visa Types’.

Step 5:

Sign form/s at all indicated places.

Step 6:

Check processing time to plan your travel accordingly.

Step 7:

Attach all supporting documents required. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.

Step 8:

Visit the visa service centre during the working hours to submit your application along with the passport and required documents at Singapore Visa service centre in person. Visa Service centre cannot accept applications in case you application does not meet the mandatory requirements.

Step 9:

You must carry your Russian local passport. Staff at the visa service centre will ask for this document before accepting the application. We request you to please cooperate with the staff at the visa service centre to complete the submission process.

Step 10:

Wait for decision and continue Track your application online.

Representative (only for Visa application for Level 1 Countries)

When you decide not to go personally but ask someone else to submit your documents to visa service centre. Representative can submit the application on behalf of applicant in case applicant has authorized you by way of written authorisation form. Please note: reasons must be provided as to why applicants are unable to submit applications in person

  • Letter of Authorisation

Step 1:

Your representative should visit the visa service centre during the working hours to submit your application along with the passport and required documents at Singapore Visa service centre. Visa Service centre cannot accept applications in case you application does not meet the mandatory requirements.

Step 9:

Representative is required to show/submit the following documents.

  • Original authorization letter signed by you. In the letter your following data, and also data of your authorized representative have to be specified: surname, name, middle name (completely), dates of birth, series and numbers of internal all-civil passports.
  • Authorization letter with discrepancies (mistakes in data, incomplete data) can't be accepted. Authorization letter for minors irrespective of their age (14y.o.) should be from their parents only, not from minor him/herself.
  • Internal passport (original).

Step 10:

Wait for decision and continue tracking your application online.
