Please follow the steps outlined below to apply for a Schengen visa. A Schengen visa allows you to stay in the Schengen area 90 days in each 180 days. If you want to stay longer, for example to study or work, you need to apply for a national visa (residence permit) at the Slovenia Embassy in Moscow. The Slovenian visa application centres in Moscow and Kaliningrad are glad to offer a VIP Premium Lounge service for visa applicants who would like to avail themselves of comfortable and privileged services for submission of their visa application. Before applying, please ensure you are very clear on your purpose of visit – we are here to assist and help you through the entire visa application process but we are not permitted to advise or guide you on choosing a visa type. Since our work is primarily administrative in nature, we have no say on whether you will be granted a visa and how long it will take to process, as this is entirely the prerogative of the Slovenia Embassy Moscow. Visa applications can be submitted at the visa application centres in Moscow, Saratov, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Krasnodar, Ufa, Perm, Irkutsk, Vladivostok, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Samara, Krasnoyarsk, Kaliningrad, Khabarovsk, Murmansk and Omsk during the opening hours without an appointment.
Submit your application or appoint a representative to submit the application at the visa application centre.
Once the application process is completed, you will be notified by a text message if you have availed SMS service. You can also check the status of your application 24/7 online.
Retrieve your passport from the visa application centre or have it delivered by courier.
CONSENT FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance to the Federal Law of Russian Federation, all applicants have to provide consent for processing personal data related to their visa application and are thus requested to complete and sign the consent for personal data processing in Russian Language only. Applicants are requested to complete the consent for personal data processing in advance and submit it along with the application form and other documents. This will save time while submitting documents at the visa application centre.
