Important Information

  • Please note that the Turkey Visa Application Centre in Abu Dhabi & Dubai will be closed on Sunday, 23 August 2020 on the occasion of Hijri New Year.

    The visa processing and normal operations will commence Monday, 24 August 2020.

    Applicants must plan their travel accordingly, and are requested to make a note of the holiday period in order to submit their applications.

  • Please note that the Turkey Visa Application Centre in Abu Dhabi & Dubai will be closed on Thursday, 30 July 2020 and Sunday, 02 August 2020 on the occasion of Eid Al Adha.

    The visa processing and normal operations will commence Monday, 03 August 2020.

  • For the kind attention of our Turkey Application customers

    The Turkey Visa Application Centers are re-starting its operations on Monday, 01 June 2020.Below will be implemented as per the guidelines of the UAE Government:

    Mandatory Appointment is required to submit the application at the center.

    Business hours for Dubai:

    09:00 hrs – 17:00 hrs Sunday to Thursday

    09:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs Application submission

    Business hours for Abu Dhabi

    09:00 hrs – 17:00 hrs Sunday to Thursday

    09:00 hrs – 15:00 hrs Application submission

  • Strict social distancing measures will be followed

    Limited number of customers will be allowed inside the Visa Application Center at a time.Elderly customers from the age of 60 years and above and minors from the age of 12 years and below will NOT be permitted inside the mall/Turkey Visa Application Center.

  • For applicants under 18 years of age traveling to Turkey and applying specifically from the Turkish Consulate Dubai and Turkish Embassy Abu Dhabi:

    1. If the parents are married and only one parent accompanies the child, the consent letter of the parent who will remain in the country. (The letter should also contain an approval for the acquisition of a residence permit if their stay surpasses the duration provided with the visa),
    2. If the parents are divorced, the document showing the child's custody and the consent of the parent who will remain in his/her country to waive his / her right to visit the child as long as the child is present in the country,
    3. If one of the parents is dead, the death certificate,
    4. In the absence of one of the parents, the documents indicating that all custody rights for the child are with the other parent or absentee report,
    5. In case of absence of father for non-marital children, a document showing that all custody rights for the child are with the mother,
    6. An identity document or birth certificate regarding the parents of the child.
  • Please note that Applicants with residence visa issued by the Emirates of Dubai / Sharjah / Ras Al Khaimah / Ajman / Umm Al-Quwain/ Fujairah would need to submit their applications at the Visa Application Centre in Dubai while those issued by Al Ain and Abu Dhabi will have to submit their application at the Visa Application Centre in Abu Dhabi
