The Embassy of Ukraine in Iran is pleased to announce that VFS GCC LLC has been chosen as the service provider for managing the visa application submission in Tehran. Visa applications must be submitted at the Ukraine Visa Application Centres in Tehran. All applications will be assessed by the Embassy of Ukraine in Tehran.
Ukraine Visa Application Centre closed in Iran
Effective 02 November 2020, the VFS Global Ukraine Visa Application Centre is closed in Iran until further notice.
VFS Global will be in contact with customers who currently have appointments during this period to discuss alternative arrangements. Where possible, we will begin returning passports currently held in the VAC to customers, via courier, where courier return has been requested. If your passport is currently held in a VAC, but you have not previously arranged for it to be returned by courier, you may collect the passport by visiting the visa application centre as per the passport collection timings: 09 :00 to 16 :00 between Sunday & Tuesday.
We will keep the situation under review and updates regarding reopening of the centre will be announced on this page.

Courier return of passports made mandatory for Ukraine visa customers in Tehran
Effective 05th July 2020, in light of the COVID-19 alert and keeping in mind the health and safety of our customers and employees, the courier service for return of passports to Ukraine visa customers in Tehran has been made mandatory.
Customers no longer need to visit the Visa Application Centre to pick up their passport. Once ready for collection, the passport will be couriered to their location of choice (serviceable by our courier partner, Aramex or TNT).
Courier fees of Euro 10 per application (inside Tehran) and Euro 14 per application (outside Tehran) will apply.
The courier service has been made mandatory for a temporary period to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus and reduce the footfall at the Visa Application Centre.
We will post an update on this page when the courier service is made optional again.

Ukraine Visa Application Centre resumes services in Tehran
Effective 05 July 2020, Ukraine Visa Application Centre in Tehran will resume operations accepting visa applications for all categories on every Sunday & Tuesday from 08:00 to 14:00hrs.
The centre has been relocated to a new address at 4th Floor, Heravi Center, Heravi Square, Mosavi Street (Golestan 5), Tehran.
Your safety is our priority. As part of precautionary measures, customers visiting our Visa Application Centre may be subjected to body temperature checks to assess their health conditions and may be required to wear face mask and gloves. Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including fever, cough and difficulty breathing will be allowed to reschedule their appointments for another day.

Embassy of Ukraine is Experiencing technical difficulties due to which they are not able to process same number of applications as earlier. As per the instructions received from the Embassy VFS would be accepting only 10 applications per day on first come first serve basis. We regret for the inconvenience caused.
