- Texts of notarially certified transactions, statements, certified copies (photocopies) of documents and extracts from them, texts of translations and statements must be written clearly and precisely;
- Dates relating to the content of certified transactions must be indicated at least once in words;

For notarial acts, documents with erasures or postscripts, crossed-out words and other unspecified corrections, documents whose texts cannot be read due to damage, as well as documents written in pencil, are not accepted.

Terms of notarial acts
Notarial actions are performed after their payment, as well as in cases stipulated by law, after the payment of personal income tax to the budget and on the day of submission of all necessary documents.
The performance of a notarial action may be postponed if it is necessary to obtain additional information or documents from individuals and legal entities or send documents for examination, as well as if in accordance with the law the notary must ensure that the interested persons have no objections to the action. Grounds for issuing a permanent residence permit
- Figures of science and culture, immigration of which meets the interests of Ukraine;
- highly qualified specialists and workers, the urgent need for which is palpable for the economy of Ukraine;
- persons who have made an innovative investment in the economy of Ukraine, in a foreign currency in the amount of not less than 100 (one hundred) thousand US dollars, registered in the manner prescribed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
- persons who are full brothers or sisters, grandparents, grandson or granddaughter of citizens of Ukraine;
- persons who were previously citizens of Ukraine;
- parents, husband (wife) of the immigrant and his minor children;

What are the hours for filing a marriage registration?
We accept applications for registration of marriage from Tuesday till Friday from 8:30 to 16:00 without a lunch break, and here you can apply without queues.

How long does it take to register a marriage with a foreigner?
We can register a marriage with a foreigner within 24 hours, however, according to the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine "On approval of the rules of state registration of civil status acts in Ukraine", the State Migration Service must check the legality of a foreigner’s stay in Ukraine. On average, this procedure takes 5 business days. To do this, a foreigner must personally contact us at the Registration Center and we submit your documents for inspection to the State Migration Service. Only after that verification we will be able to register your marriage.
