    • GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR DOCUMENTS
      • Documents set out on two or more sheets submitted for notarial acts must be stitched, numbered.
      • Texts of notarially certified transactions, statements, certified copies (photocopies) of documents and extracts from them, texts of translations and statements must be written clearly and precisely;
      • Dates relating to the content of certified transactions must be indicated at least once in words;
      • The names of legal entities and their identification code according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, individuals-entrepreneurs and public formations must be spelled out without abbreviations indicating their location.
      • Last names, first names and patronymic names of individuals, their place of residence and identification number according to the State Register of individuals taxpayers, except for authorized representatives of legal entities, must be written in full, and in cases provided for by the laws, with the date of their birth.
    • NOTE

      For notarial acts, documents with erasures or postscripts, crossed-out words and other unspecified corrections, documents whose texts cannot be read due to damage, as well as documents written in pencil, are not accepted.

      Documents required for obtaining permission to leave a child abroad:

      • Passports of parents (original);
      • Parents tax number (original);
      • Child's birth certificate (original);
      • Information about which countries the child flies to, at what time and accompanied by the person (full name, date of birth).

    Terms of notarial acts

    Notarial actions are performed after their payment, as well as in cases stipulated by law, after the payment of personal income tax to the budget and on the day of submission of all necessary documents.

    The performance of a notarial action may be postponed if it is necessary to obtain additional information or documents from individuals and legal entities or send documents for examination, as well as if in accordance with the law the notary must ensure that the interested persons have no objections to the action. The term of the notarial act postponed in these cases may not exceed one month.

In order to control the quality of service, the process of providing services to the applicant / s may be recorded. In order to be able to provide information to the applicant after the passport was returned to him, the applicant's personal data are stored in electronic form for no more than thirty (30) days, in accordance with the requirements of the governments / diplomatic missions.

VFS Global performs the secure deletion or destruction of personal information on the equipment and devices used to store it. When destroying equipment and devices on which personal information was stored (such as: cabinets for storing documents, computers, diskettes or audio cassettes), VFS Global takes appropriate measures to make it impossible for unauthorized persons to access them.

Legal Information

VFS Global and service providers may provide personal information in response to a formal request or order, at the request of the investigating authorities in cases of law violations or otherwise necessary. VFS Global may also share personal information when it is necessary to prepare or defend lawsuits, as well as in other cases when it is allowed by law.
