Once you opt for the service and make a payment, you will be requested to provide the required documents via our official email.

You can make a payment online through the official email you receive from us once you submit your details. Please note, opting for this service does not have any bearing on the decision or timeline of your visa application. This is the sole prerogative of the respective embassy/consulate.

The service can be utilised for family/friends. To process this, we will require the following information:

• Given name and Surname of the customer as per the passport.
• Gender.
• DOB.
• Nationality and Previous Nationality.
• Full name of parents, Nationality and Previous Nationality.
• Jurisdiction.
• Residence address.
• Passport Number.
• Contact Number.
• Email ID.
• Visa type.
• Duration of the visa.
• Number of entries.
• Purpose of visit.
• Expected date of journey.
• List of previously visited countries.
• Occupation.
• UK and Indian reference details.

• E-TOURIST VISA:

• 1) Applicant's recent coloured photograph with white background (size less than 1MB).
• 2) Copy of the Passport page containing personal particulars.

• E-MEDICAL VISA:

• 1) Applicant's recent coloured photograph with white background (size less than 1MB).
• 2) Copy of the Passport page containing personal particulars.
• 3) Copy of the letter from the concerned Hospital in India on its letterhead.

• E-BUSINESS VISA:

• 1) Applicant's recent coloured photograph with white background (size less than 1MB).
• 2) Copy of the passport page containing personal particulars.
• 3) Copy of a business card.
• 4) One original signed letter from the company in UK and a letter of invitation from an Indian company.

• Note: Additional documents may be requested as per your visa category.

The From Filling fees is £15 per eVisa applicant. This does not include the visa application fee or additional taxes.

The eVisa India application process is simple, you don't need to go to the India visa embassy, get an Indian visa appointment, or talk to an immigration officer. We only require the following information to get your tourist, business, or medical e visas.

• Applicant photo - a recent photo of yourself, taken against a white background.
• Passport personal details scan or travel document showing your photograph and passport details.
• Copy of the last page of your passport (if applicable)
• Valid email address - so we can communicate with you.
• Credit or debit card to pay the fees.

Once you complete these steps, just submit your application, and sit back and relax while we process your visa! Wait for your eVisa to arrive in your e-mail.

The processing time for an eVisa is a minimum of 4 days, however in some cases it may take longer.

NOTE: The eVisa cost varies for each customer based on their Nationality /Visa Category/Visa Duration.
