Step 2 – Confirm your appointment
A VFS Global team member will contact you to discuss your requirements, document prerequisites, preferred location and service fee. You will then receive a confirmation for your appointment
Step 3 – Submit your application to our team
VFS Global team visits your location at the scheduled time and date. The team assists you with the full application submission process, including form checking, and biometric enrollment.
Step 4 – Stay informed about the progress of your application
You will receive an email update about your application when your decision has been returned to the Visa Application Centre. You will then receive your passport, via the courier service

Using the optional Visa At Your Doorstep service does not impact turnaround timelines or guarantee a positive decision on your visa application. Visa decisions are a sole prerogative of the concerned decision-making authority (embassy, consulate, etc.)
