VISA TYPES
Short Term
Schengen visa is issued to third-country nationals who, in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and the European Council (UE) 2018/1806 of 14 November 2018, are required to hold a visa when crossing the external borders (see here for a list of third countries whose nationals are required to hold a visa when crossing the external borders of EU countries).
It is issued to persons planning to stay in the territory of Bulgaria or Schengen countries in total (one or more entries) for not more than 90 days during each 180-day period, which is counted from the date of entry into the territory of the countries of the agreement, or to persons planning to transit through the territory of the Schengen area (by train, car, plane).

A visa may be issued for one, two or more trips. The visa cannot be valid for more than five years.
For the purpose of calculating the period of stay in the territory of the countries party to the agreement, periods of stay on the basis of a residence permit or a long-stay visa (national) are not taken into account.

The following categories of citizens are exempted from paying the visa fee:
According to the Visa Code - third-country nationals: article 16, paragraph 4:
- Children under 6 years old;
- Schoolchildren, undergraduates, postgraduates and accompanying teachers travelling for training or educational internships;
- Third-country researchers travelling for the purpose of scientific research (EU Directive 2016/801) Note: A "researcher" is a third-country national holding a scientific degree (PhD, doctorate) or a relevant higher education qualification giving access to scientific programmes, who has been selected by a research organisation and admitted to the territory of a Member State to carry out research for which the above qualifications are normally required.
- Representatives of non-profit organisations under the age of 25 participating in seminars, conferences, sports, cultural and educational events organised by non-profit organisations;

VFS Service Fee
In addition to the visa fee, a service fee of EUR 25 (including VAT) will be charged. The fee is payable in Belarusian roubles at the exchange rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus and will be charged together with the visa fee for each application.
Visa and service fees are payable in Belarusian roubles only, in cash at the visa application centre.

Documents Required
Travel insurance is compulsory for all Schengen countries. If you don't already have one, click here.
- Invitation from a Bulgarian or foreign natural person in the form of a "Pokana Declaration", certified by a notary public and the competent authorities for administrative control of foreigners at the Migration Department of the Police Force of the Republic of Bulgaria (original and photocopy); the "Pokana Declaration" is valid for 6 months from the date of certification by the competent authorities.
- Certificate from the place of work for 3 months on company letterhead with the organisation's seal, indicating the applicant's address, work telephone number, position and salary, indicating the start and end dates of the employment contract, signed by the responsible person (the certificate is valid for 1 month).
- Proof of sufficient funds for travelling (up-to-date bank statement with 3 months' movements in original) at the rate of EUR 50 per day per person or equivalent amount in another freely convertible currency (but not less than EUR 500 for the whole period of travel).
- For individual entrepreneurs - a copy of the certificate of registration of the sole proprietorship, of the registration of the UNP and of the tax return for the last 3 months.
- For pensioners, a copy of their pension statement and a statement of pension amount are required.
- Pupils and students must also enclose a certificate from the institution or a student card stating that they are currently a pupil or student.
- For freelancers and artisans: certificate of the last tax paid;
- For unemployed and other persons: copy of the pages of the employment register for the last 3 years with personal data. Documents proving the applicant's ties with the Republic of Belarus (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificates of the applicant, his/her children living in Belarus), documents proving the applicant's financial/economic status in Belarus (e.g. bank statement for the last three months, spouse's income certificate).
Note: The period of validity of the requested visa will be determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Visa Code, Art. 24, paragraph 2.
YOU'RE ADDITIONALLY REQUIRED TO POVIDE:
1. Visa application form (signed by the traveller in his/her own hand, for minors / minors by legal representatives)
2. A valid passport, valid for at least 3 months after the expiry of the requested visa (+ photocopy of pages 30-33 and all used pages with visas and stamps). (+ photocopy of pages 30-33 and all used pages with visas and stamps); the passport must have been issued within the last 10 years and contain at least 2 blank pages in the "Visas" section. If there are visas in old passports, it is necessary to attach photocopies of pages 30-33, as well as all used pages with visas and stamps. Photocopies of pages 30-33 and all used visa and stamp pages.
* If the applicant is not a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, he/she must provide documents confirming legal residence in the country (valid residence permit/valid temporary residence visa), which must be valid for at least 3 months after return and at least 6 months before the planned trip.
3. One colour photo - on a white or light background, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, no corners or ovals, no more than 6 months old. The face must make up 80 per cent of the photo.
4. Health insurance valid for the entire duration of the trip within the Schengen area (minimum insurance period 15 days). The amount of cover must be at least 30,000 euros and must cover the cost of emergency medical treatment.
5. Plane/train/bus tickets (for all applicants round-trip) with 100% payment or car documents (copy of registration certificate, copy of driving licence, free-form itinerary and dates, technical inspection). Hotel bookings for the entire round-trip route should also be attached. If necessary (if the applicant is not the owner) - a notarised power of attorney to drive the car. If the owner is travelling together with the applicant, a copy of the car owner's visa and a copy of the passport.
If a minor child is travelling for this purpose:
In all cases, a copy of the birth certificate and full proof of relationship to the legal representative(s) (e.g. marriage certificate, court judgment or other documents) must be provided for minors and underage persons, and a separate set of documents for visa applications, even if the children are registered on the passport of one of the parents!
The presence, signature or consent of the other parent/legal representative is NOT required in order to apply for a visa and to receive a completed visa if the parent is deprived of parental rights; the parent is deceased; the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is entered in the birth certificate under "father"; the other legal representative is declared incapacitated; the other legal representative is declared missing (absent); the birth certificate is entered under "father"; if the other legal representative has been declared incapacitated; if the other legal representative has been deprived of parental rights; if the other legal representative is wanted; if the other legal representative has been declared missing (absent); if the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is written in the birth certificate under "father".
IMPORTANT: Minors or persons under guardianship - the visa application form must be signed by both legal representatives (full names and signatures of both parents are mandatory) or by one of the legal representatives, if he/she has a NOTARIZED CONTRACT from the other parent with the obligatory text "FOR MULTIPLE APPLICATION AND RECEIPT OF VISAS AT THE VISA CENTRE/EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS" (original + photocopy).
If the child is travelling with an accompanying person and without parents, a travel consent from both parents must also be provided (the consent must state that it is valid in all Schengen countries and must also include the correct details of the accompanying persons).
The presence of a child is not required when enrolling a child under the age of 12. Children aged 12 and over must be present at each enrolment to provide biometric data. A child aged 14 to 18 must also sign the form.
NOTE! During the application procedure, the Consular Section may request additional documents and/or invite applicants who have been refused a visa for an interview and notify them of the refusal by means of an official letter. Applicants may exercise their right to appeal in accordance with the national legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of refusal, the visa fee is non-refundable.
The applicant may also decide to reapply for a visa, particularly if the reasons for refusal have been removed. The visa application will not be processed until the consular fee has been paid.

Photo Specifications
General information
- Photo should be colored, full-faced and without fringing.
- Photo should have been taken within the last six months.
- Each applicant should submit 1 photo along with visa application.
Photo size
- 35 x 45 mm with face centered in the frame
- Head (from the top of the head to the bottom of the chin) should be about 30 mm.
Photo specifications
- Photo should be taken fullface with applicant facing camera directly.
- Face should cover about 70-80% of the photo.
- Photo should be colored and have white or light background. Photos with dark or patterned background will not be accepted.
- Face should be clearly seen. It is preferable to have ears open.
- Sunglasses or other accessories are not acceptable unless required for medical reasons (e.g. eye patch).
- Photo depicting a person wearing a traditional facemask or a veil that does not permit adequate identification is not acceptable.
Please note:
Kindly follow the instructions above. If photos provided do not correspond with the Consulate requirements your application pack will be considered incomplete. In case you do not have an opportunity to make a photo in advance you can do it in visa application center.

Processing Time
The Consulate will make a decision on the visa application within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the documents at the Consulate. If documents are submitted in the region - allow for delivery time. In individual cases, the time limit may be extended up to 30 days, especially if further verification of the application form is required or, in the case of representation in the issuance of the visa, if it is necessary to obtain the opinion of the Schengen Member State represented by the institution. In exceptional cases where additional documents are required, the time limit may be extended to 60 calendar days.

Documents Required
Family members of Bulgarian citizens: spouses, unmarried children up to 21 years of age or up to 26 years of age studying full-time at a higher education institution (certificate from the educational institution is obligatory!); parents of Bulgarian/EU citizens; parents of elderly (pensioner) age; medically dependent parents (group 1 disabled).
- An invitation from a Bulgarian or foreign natural person in the form of a "Pokana Declaration", certified by a notary public and the competent authorities of the Administrative Control of Aliens of the Migration Department of the Police Service of the Republic of Bulgaria (original and photocopy);
- Proof of relationship (marriage/birth certificate and other documents issued by the registry office). Spouses of Bulgarian citizens are exempt from consular fees only if they have a Bulgarian marriage certificate!
- A copy of the identity card/passport of a Bulgarian citizen or a document confirming the relationship or a copy of the document confirming the citizenship of the European Union, the European Economic Area/Switzerland.
The Pokana Declaration is valid for 6 months from the date of certification by the relevant authorities.
OR
(Only if a citizen of Bulgaria is permanently residing on the territory of Belarus based on a temporary residence permit (temporary registration) or a residence permit) - statement certified by the consular authority.
For the invited person, the following information is indicated: name, surname, date of birth, gender, citizenship, number of the identity document, the period and purpose of the trip, and that the inviting party bears the costs of maintenance and accommodation, the address of the provided place of residence, the names of minor children traveling with the invited person.
Note: The validity of the visa requested will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Article 24(2) of the Visa Code.

Documents Required
Close relatives - spouses, children (including adoptive parents), parents (including guardians and trustees), grandparents, grandchildren of Belarusians legally residing on the territory of Bulgaria ("Residence Permit") are exempt from paying the visa fee only upon submission of a proof of kinship (marriage/birth certificate and other documents issued by the civil registry office), as well as copies of the residence permit of a close relative (Card for Permanently/Permanently Suspended) and a copy of the first pages of the foreign passport for which the residence permit was issued.
1. Invitation from a Bulgarian or foreign natural person in the form of a "Pokana Declaration", certified by a notary and the competent administrative control bodies for foreigners of the "Migration" Department of the Police Service of the Republic of Bulgaria (original and photocopy);
The Pokana Declaration is valid for 6 months from the date of certification by the relevant authorities.
2. Certificate from the place of work for 3 months on a letterhead with the organisation's seal, indicating the applicant's address, work telephone number, position, and salary, indicating the start and end dates of the employment contract with the signature of the responsible person (the certificate is valid for 1 month).
- For individual entrepreneurs – a copy of the certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur, a certificate of registration of a taxpayer identification number and a tax return for the last 3 months.
- For pensioners, a copy of the pension certificate and a certificate of pension amount are required.
- Pupils and students must also enclose a certificate from the educational institution or a pupil/student card stating that they are currently a pupil or student.
- For freelancers and artisans: a certificate of the last tax paid;
- For unemployed and other persons: a copy of the pages of the employment record book for the last 3 years with personal data. Documents proving the applicant's ties with the Republic of Belarus (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificates of the applicant, his children living in Belarus), documents proving the financial/economic situation in Belarus (e.g. bank statement for the last three months, spouse's income certificate).
3. Proof of sufficient funds for travel
If the invitation does not state that the inviting person will cover the cost of food and accommodation, it is necessary to provide (a current bank statement with movements for 3 months in the original or a certificate of purchase of currency, etc.) at the rate of 50 euros per day of stay per person or the equivalent in another freely convertible currency (but not less than 500 euros for the entire duration of the trip).
The exception is when the inviting person is a close relative (spouse, children, parents).
Note: The validity of the visa requested will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Article 24(2) of the Visa Code.
YOU'RE ADDITIONALLY REQUIRED TO POVIDE:
1. Visa application form (signed by the traveller in his/her own hand, for minors / minors by legal representatives)
2. A valid passport, valid for at least 3 months after the expiry of the requested visa (+ photocopy of pages 30-33 and all used pages with visas and stamps). (+ photocopy of pages 30-33 and all used pages with visas and stamps); the passport must have been issued within the last 10 years and contain at least 2 blank pages in the "Visas" section. If there are visas in old passports, it is necessary to attach photocopies of pages 30-33, as well as all used pages with visas and stamps. * If the applicant is not a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, he/she must provide documents confirming legal residence in the country (valid residence permit/valid temporary residence visa), which must be valid for at least 3 months after return and at least 6 months before the planned trip.
3. One colour photo - on a white or light background, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, no corners or ovals, no more than 6 months old. The face must make up 80 per cent of the photo.
4. Health insurance valid for the entire duration of the trip within the Schengen area (minimum insurance period 15 days). The amount of cover must be at least 30,000 euros and must cover the cost of emergency medical treatment.
5. Plane/train/bus tickets (for all applicants round-trip) with 100% payment or car documents (copy of registration certificate, copy of driving licence, free-form itinerary and dates, technical inspection). Hotel bookings for the entire round-trip route should also be attached. If necessary (if the applicant is not the owner) - a notarised power of attorney to drive the car. If the owner is travelling together with the applicant, a copy of the car owner's visa and a copy of the passport.
If a minor child is travelling for this purpose:
In all cases, a copy of the birth certificate and full proof of relationship to the legal representative(s) (e.g. marriage certificate, court judgment or other documents) must be provided for minors and underage persons, and a separate set of documents for visa applications, even if the children are registered on the passport of one of the parents!
The presence, signature or consent of the other parent/legal representative is NOT required in order to apply for a visa and to receive a completed visa if the parent is deprived of parental rights; the parent is deceased; the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is entered in the birth certificate under "father"; the other legal representative is declared incapacitated; the other legal representative is declared missing (absent); the birth certificate is entered under "father"; if the other legal representative has been declared incapacitated; if the other legal representative has been deprived of parental rights; if the other legal representative is wanted; if the other legal representative has been declared missing (absent); if the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is written in the birth certificate under "father".
IMPORTANT: Minors or persons under guardianship - the visa application form must be signed by both legal representatives (full names and signatures of both parents are mandatory) or by one of the legal representatives, if he/she has a NOTARIZED CONTRACT from the other parent with the obligatory text "FOR MULTIPLE APPLICATION AND RECEIPT OF VISAS AT THE VISA CENTRE/EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS" (original + photocopy).
If the child is travelling with an accompanying person and without parents, a travel consent from both parents must also be provided (the consent must state that it is valid in all Schengen countries and must also include the correct details of the accompanying persons).
The presence of a child is not required when enrolling a child under the age of 12. Children aged 12 and over must be present at each enrolment to provide biometric data. A child aged 14 to 18 must also sign the form.
NOTE! During the application procedure, the Consular Section may request additional documents and/or invite applicants who have been refused a visa for an interview and notify them of the refusal by means of an official letter. Applicants may exercise their right to appeal in accordance with the national legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of refusal, the visa fee is non-refundable.
The applicant may also decide to reapply for a visa, particularly if the reasons for refusal have been removed. The visa application will not be processed until the consular fee has been paid.

General information
- Photo should be colored, full-faced and without fringing.
- Photo should have been taken within the last six months.
- Each applicant should submit 1 photo along with visa application.

Processing Time
The Consulate will make a decision on the visa application within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the documents at the Consulate. If documents are submitted in the region - allow for delivery time. In individual cases, the time limit may be extended up to 30 days, especially if further verification of the application form is required or, in the case of representation in the issuance of the visa, if it is necessary to obtain the opinion of the Schengen Member State represented by the institution. In exceptional cases where additional documents are required, the time limit may be extended to 60 calendar days.

This visa may be applied for by persons travelling to Bulgaria for any of the following purposes:
- Civil servants in central, regional and local (municipal) government;
- Participants in judicial and investigative activities on the territory of Bulgaria;

- Telegraph and postal workers and freight forwarders who accompany goods on international journeys;

Explanation:
- Visas are issued to members of train, refrigerator and locomotive crews, postal employees and freight forwarders accompanying goods in international trains passing through the territory of Bulgaria based on nominal lists and itinerary sheets.
- Drivers and crew members of vehicles transporting passengers and goods by road between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Bulgaria or through the territory of Bulgaria must present professional driving licences of national and international standard and their photocopies.

A letter of invitation from the Bulgarian host on the official letterhead of the organisation, stating the personal data of the invited person, the place where the documents are to be submitted (e.g. Minsk), the dates and purpose of the visit, the list of participants with the seal and signature of the responsible person and the obligatory guarantees: Guarantees that the persons applying for an entry Schengen visa (civil servants; members of train, refrigerator and locomotive crews; telegraph and postal employees, as well as freight forwarders accompanying goods on international trips; drivers and crew members of vehicles accompanying humanitarian aid cargoes, journalists, etc.)) for Bulgaria, according to the official invitation from the Bulgarian side.
Explanation:
А) Members of train, refrigerator and locomotive crews, postal employees and freight forwarders accompanying goods on international trains passing through the territory of Bulgaria are issued visas on the basis of nominal lists and itinerary sheets.
B) Drivers and crew members of vehicles transporting passengers and goods by road between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Bulgaria or through the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria must present professional driving licences of national and international standards and their photocopies.

- If the host party does not provide accommodation (this must be stated in the invitation letter), it is also necessary to attach documents confirming accommodation and confirmation of 100% payment for the hotel by the Belarusian side on official letterhead with seal and signature.
The invitation letter is only valid for a specific trip.

3. Documents proving financial security and means of accommodation for the trip:

From the inviting organisation: A written statement from the inviting organisation on company letterhead that they will cover all expenses incurred in the Schengen area and can provide accommodation and food for the duration of the trip (with a specific residential address - hotel or if the host provides accommodation elsewhere, the exact address of the accommodation must be stated in writing on company letterhead with the signature and seal of the organisation/company.
3.2. From the Belarusian employer: a letter of guarantee from the Belarusian employer in Russian language on payment of all expenses during the stay in the Schengen area, confirming the business trip and that all financial expenses related to the business trip will be covered by the employer (with a specific accommodation address - hotel, private apartment, etc.).
3.3. From the applicant:
- to cover daily expenses (a recent bank statement with movements for the last 3 months in the original or a receipt for the purchase of currency, etc.) at the rate of 50 euros per day of stay per person or the equivalent in another freely convertible currency (but not less than 500 euros for the entire duration of the trip).
- To cover the cost of accommodation, confirmation of payment for the hotel by the applicant (a facsimile/scanned copy on letterhead with signature and stamp, or a printed reservation from the electronic booking system and proof of payment where payment for a particular hotel is tracked). The proof of payment document must list all departing persons by name, length of stay and hotel details.
To apply for a multiple-entry visa for a business trip of more than 1 year, a letter on the letterhead of a Bulgarian legal entity is also required, confirming the existence of permanent business contacts and joint business activities with a company from the Republic of Belarus in connection with upcoming trips to the Republic of Bulgaria (a joint venture agreement may be provided).
Note: The validity of the visa requested will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Article 24(2) of the Visa Code.

3. One colour photo - on a white or light background, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, no corners or ovals, no more than 6 months old. The face must make up 80 per cent of the photo.
4. Health insurance valid for the entire duration of the trip within the Schengen area (minimum insurance period 15 days). The amount of cover must be at least 30,000 euros and must cover the cost of emergency medical treatment.
5. Plane/train/bus tickets (for all applicants round-trip) with 100% payment or car documents (copy of registration certificate, copy of driving licence, free-form itinerary and dates, technical inspection). Hotel bookings for the entire round-trip route should also be attached. If necessary (if the applicant is not the owner) - a notarised power of attorney to drive the car. If the owner is travelling together with the applicant, a copy of the car owner's visa and a copy of the passport.
If a minor child is travelling for this purpose:
In all cases, a copy of the birth certificate and full proof of relationship to the legal representative(s) (e.g. marriage certificate, court judgment or other documents) must be provided for minors and underage persons, and a separate set of documents for visa applications, even if the children are registered on the passport of one of the parents!
The presence, signature or consent of the other parent/legal representative is NOT required in order to apply for a visa and to receive a completed visa if the parent is deprived of parental rights; the parent is deceased; the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is entered in the birth certificate under "father"; the other legal representative is declared incapacitated; the other legal representative is declared missing (absent); the birth certificate is entered under "father"; if the other legal representative has been declared incapacitated; if the other legal representative has been deprived of parental rights; if the other legal representative is wanted; if the other legal representative has been declared missing (absent); if the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is written in the birth certificate under "father".
IMPORTANT: Minors or persons under guardianship - the visa application form must be signed by both legal representatives (full names and signatures of both parents are mandatory) or by one of the legal representatives, if he/she has a NOTARIZED CONTRACT from the other parent with the obligatory text "FOR MULTIPLE APPLICATION AND RECEIPT OF VISAS AT THE VISA CENTRE/EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS" (original + photocopy).
If the child is travelling with an accompanying person and without parents, a travel consent from both parents must also be provided (the consent must state that it is valid in all Schengen countries and must also include the correct details of the accompanying persons).
The presence of a child is not required when enrolling a child under the age of 12. Children aged 12 and over must be present at each enrolment to provide biometric data. A child aged 14 to 18 must also sign the form.
NOTE! During the application procedure, the Consular Section may request additional documents and/or invite applicants who have been refused a visa for an interview and notify them of the refusal by means of an official letter. Applicants may exercise their right to appeal in accordance with the national legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of refusal, the visa fee is non-refundable.
The applicant may also decide to reapply for a visa, particularly if the reasons for refusal have been removed. The visa application will not be processed until the consular fee has been paid.

General information
- Photo should be colored, full-faced and without fringing.
- Photo should have been taken within the last six months.
- Each applicant should submit 1 photo along with visa application.

- Head (from the top of the head to the bottom of the chin) should be about 30 mm.

Processing Time
The Consulate will make a decision on the visa application within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the documents at the Consulate. If documents are submitted in the region - allow for delivery time. In individual cases, the time limit may be extended up to 30 days, especially if further verification of the application form is required or, in the case of representation in the issuance of the visa, if it is necessary to obtain the opinion of the Schengen Member State represented by the institution. In exceptional cases where additional documents are required, the time limit may be extended to 60 calendar days.

1. 100% Paid hotel/hotel reservations (fax/scanned copy on letterhead with signature and stamp or printed paid reservation from electronic booking system - in the hotel reservation itself or in the form of additional documents - as an example, this could be a certified bank statement indicating the name of the hotel and the transfer amount, etc.). The confirmation must list all departing passengers by name, dates of stay and hotel details.
2. Certificate from the place of work for 3 months on a letterhead with the organisation's seal, indicating the applicant's address, work telephone number, position, and salary, indicating the start and end dates of the employment contract with the signature of the responsible person (the certificate is valid for 1 month).
- For individual entrepreneurs - a copy of the certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur, a certificate of registration of a taxpayer identification number and a tax return for the last 3 months.
- Pensioners must provide a copy of their pension certificate and a certificate stating the amount of the pension received.
- Pupils and students must also enclose a certificate from the educational institution or a pupil/student card stating that they are currently a pupil or student.
- For freelancers and artisans: a certificate of the last tax paid;
- For unemployed and other persons: a copy of the pages of the employment record book for the last 3 years with personal data. Documents proving the applicant's ties with the Republic of Belarus (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificates of the applicant, his children living in Belarus), documents proving the financial/economic situation in Belarus (e.g. bank statement for the last three months, spouse's income certificate).

A copy of the contract for the provision of tourist services between the applicant and the Belarusian tour operator holding a licence to conduct outbound tourism (Appendix 1 to the contract "For the provision of tourist services" - Tour programme). Confirmation of 100% payment from the Bulgarian side on official letterhead with stamp and signature. This confirmation must also be sent by the Bulgarian side to the Embassy's e-mail address (before submitting the documents to the Visa Application Centre) reg.consular.minsk@mfa.bg.
- A copy of a valid contract for the provision of tourist services between a Belarusian tour operator and a Bulgarian/foreign tour operator.
- Certificate of state registration of a commercial organisation issued by the competent authorities of Belarus
- Certificate of Registration of Tour Operator Activity issued by the competent Bulgarian authorities
2. * When the "Tour Program" also includes a transportation service, a copy of the current agreement on the provision of transportation services between the Belarusian tour operator and the carrier company must also be provided.

If the child is travelling with an accompanying person and without parents, a travel consent from both parents must also be provided (the consent must state that it is valid in all Schengen countries and must also include the correct details of the accompanying persons).
The presence of a child is not required when enrolling a child under the age of 12. Children aged 12 and over must be present at each enrolment to provide biometric data. A child aged 14 to 18 must also sign the form.
NOTE! During the application procedure, the Consular Section may request additional documents and/or invite applicants who have been refused a visa for an interview and notify them of the refusal by means of an official letter. Applicants may exercise their right to appeal in accordance with the national legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of refusal, the visa fee is non-refundable.
The applicant may also decide to reapply for a visa, particularly if the reasons for refusal have been removed. The visa application will not be processed until the consular fee has been paid.

General information
- Photo should be colored, full-faced and without fringing.
- Photo should have been taken within the last six months.
- Each applicant should submit 1 photo along with visa application.

- Head (from the top of the head to the bottom of the chin) should be about 30 mm.
Photo specifications
- Photo should be taken fullface with applicant facing camera directly.
- Face should cover about 70-80% of the photo.
- Photo should be colored and have white or light background. Photos with dark or patterned background will not be accepted.
- Face should be clearly seen. It is preferable to have ears open.
- Sunglasses or other accessories are not acceptable unless required for medical reasons (e.g. eye patch).
- Photo depicting a person wearing a traditional facemask or a veil that does not permit adequate identification is not acceptable.

Processing Time
The Consulate will make a decision on the visa application within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the documents at the Consulate. If documents are submitted in the region - allow for delivery time. In individual cases, the time limit may be extended up to 30 days, especially if further verification of the application form is required or, in the case of representation in the issuance of the visa, if it is necessary to obtain the opinion of the Schengen Member State represented by the institution. In exceptional cases where additional documents are required, the time limit may be extended to 60 calendar days.

Overview
This visa may be applied for by persons travelling to Bulgaria for any of the following purposes:
- Participation in popular sports events, such as chess tournaments, dancing competitions, etc.
- Participation of artists in cultural events, including music concerts, open-air art events, exhibitions, etc.
- First education, secondary education, complete higher education and tertiary education (postgraduate studies);
- Professional training (eg retraining);
- Other forms of education (e.g. participation in scientific conferences, vocational schools, language courses, preparatory courses, retreats, church meetings);
- Teaching purpose (e.g. lectures, seminars, other activities)

Documents Required

1. A letter of invitation from the Bulgarian host party (Ministry of Culture/Sport/Education, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, educational institutions, local mayor's offices, sports clubs, associations, etc.) on the official letterhead of the organisation, stating the data of the invited person, where the documents are to be submitted (e.g. Minsk), the dates and purpose of the visit, the list of participants with the seal and signature of the responsible person and the mandatory guarantees:
А) guarantees that the visa applicants will participate in the event and apply for a Schengen entry visa to travel to Bulgaria in accordance with the official invitation from the Bulgarian side;
B) guarantees that the list of persons applying for visas has been officially approved by the sending Party and does not include persons residing in Bulgaria for purposes other than direct participation in the event.
The letter of invitation must confirm that the costs of the stay will be covered or that there is no such obligation:
- If the host is paying for the stay, proof of sponsorship from the inviting party or a letter of sponsorship from the sending organisation or other proof of financial solvency is required, as well as proof of 100% payment for the hotel from the Bulgarian side on official letterhead with stamp and signature. This confirmation must also be sent from the Bulgarian side to the Embassy's e-mail address (before submitting the documents to the Visa Application Centre) reg.consular.minsk@mfa.bg.
- If the host party does not provide accommodation (must be stated in the letter of invitation), it is necessary to attach additional documents confirming accommodation and confirmation of 100% payment for the hotel by the Belarusian side on official letterhead with stamp and signature. (There are 3 categories):
- "Cultural Exchange: A letter of invitation from the Ministry of Culture or the head of the municipality concerned. Programme of a guest performance or tour (number of performances with dates and venues). A list of all participants and their roles (e.g. orchestra member, dancer, lighting designer, etc.).
- "Research or Teaching": A letter of invitation from the Ministry of Education or a relevant educational institution.
- "Sporting Event": A letter of invitation from the Ministry of Sport or the relevant sports club. A list of all participants with information about the function of each participant (e.g., athlete, coach, doctor, etc.).
The invitation letter is only valid for a specific trip.
Submit a request on the official letterhead of the Belarusian organisation stating the details of the invited person, the date and purpose of the visit, a list of participants with the seal and signature of the responsible person. The letter of invitation must state whether the cost of the stay will be covered.
2. Certificate from the place of work for 3 months on a letterhead with the organisation's seal, indicating the applicant's address, work telephone number, position and salary, indicating the start and end dates of the employment contract with the signature of the responsible person (the certificate is valid for 1 month).
- For individual entrepreneurs - a copy of the certificate of registration of the individual entrepreneur, the certificate of registration of the taxpayer identification number and the tax return for the last 3 months.
- Pensioners must provide a copy of their pension certificate and a certificate stating the amount of the pension received.
- Pupils and students must also enclose a certificate from the educational institution or a pupil/student card stating that they are currently a pupil or student.
- For freelancers and artisans: a certificate of the last tax paid;
- For unemployed and other persons: a copy of the pages of the employment record book for the last 3 years with personal data. Documents proving the applicant's ties with the Republic of Belarus (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificates of the applicant, his children living in Belarus), documents proving the financial/economic situation in Belarus (e.g. bank statement for the last three months, spouse's income certificate).
3. Proof of sufficient funds for travel
If the "Tour Programme" does not include meals, it is necessary to provide proof of sufficient funds for the trip (a recent bank statement showing the movement of funds for 3 months) at the rate of 50 euros per day of stay per person (but not less than 500 euros for the entire duration of the trip).
Note: The validity of the visa requested will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Article 24(2) of the Visa Code.
YOU'RE ADDITIONALLY REQUIRED TO POVIDE:
1. Visa application form (signed by the traveller in his/her own hand, for minors / minors by legal representatives)
2. A valid passport, valid for at least 3 months after the expiry of the requested visa (+ photocopy of pages 30-33 and all used pages with visas and stamps). (+ photocopy of pages 30-33 and all used pages with visas and stamps); the passport must have been issued within the last 10 years and contain at least 2 blank pages in the "Visas" section. If there are visas in old passports, it is necessary to attach photocopies of pages 30-33, as well as all used pages with visas and stamps. * If the applicant is not a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, he/she must provide documents confirming legal residence in the country (valid residence permit/valid temporary residence visa), which must be valid for at least 3 months after return and at least 6 months before the planned trip.
3. One colour photo - on a white or light background, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, no corners or ovals, no more than 6 months old. The face must make up 80 per cent of the photo.
4. Health insurance valid for the entire duration of the trip within the Schengen area (minimum insurance period 15 days). The amount of cover must be at least 30,000 euros and must cover the cost of emergency medical treatment.
5. Plane/train/bus tickets (for all applicants round-trip) with 100% payment or car documents (copy of registration certificate, copy of driving licence, free-form itinerary and dates, technical inspection). Hotel bookings for the entire round-trip route should also be attached. If necessary (if the applicant is not the owner) - a notarised power of attorney to drive the car. If the owner is travelling together with the applicant, a copy of the car owner's visa and a copy of the passport.
If a minor child is travelling for this purpose:
In all cases, a copy of the birth certificate and full proof of relationship to the legal representative(s) (e.g. marriage certificate, court judgment or other documents) must be provided for minors and underage persons, and a separate set of documents for visa applications, even if the children are registered on the passport of one of the parents!

3. Documents proving financial security and means of accommodation for the trip:
3.1. Residence:
- Option "A": A notarial deed of purchase and sale of the property (legible photocopy - seals and signatures should be clearly visible). If the property was purchased more than a year ago, additional documents confirming the payment of the previous year's taxes must be attached.
- Option "B": Payment for the hotel - - To cover the cost of accommodation, confirmation of payment for the hotel by the applicant is required (a fax/scanned copy on letterhead with signature and stamp, or a printed reservation from the electronic booking system and confirmation of payment where payment for a specific hotel is tracked). The payment confirmation document must list all departing persons by name, length of stay and hotel details.
- Option "B": Payment for the hotel - - To cover the cost of accommodation, confirmation of payment for the hotel by the applicant is required (a fax/scanned copy on letterhead with signature and stamp, or a printed reservation from the electronic booking system and confirmation of payment where payment for a specific hotel is tracked). The payment confirmation document must list all departing persons by name, length of stay and hotel details.
3.2. Finance:
- To cover daily expenses (a recent bank statement with movements for the last 3 months in the original or a certificate of purchase of foreign currency, etc.) at the rate of 50 euros per day of stay per person or the equivalent in another freely convertible currency (but not less than 500 euros for the entire duration of the trip).
Note: The validity of the visa requested will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Article 24(2) of the Visa Code.

The presence of a child is not required when enrolling a child under the age of 12. Children aged 12 and over must be present at each enrolment to provide biometric data. A child aged 14 to 18 must also sign the form.

During the application procedure, the Consular Section may request additional documents and/or invite applicants who have been refused a visa for an interview and notify them of the refusal by means of an official letter. Applicants may exercise their right to appeal in accordance with the national legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of refusal, the visa fee is non-refundable.

Processing Time
The Consulate will make a decision on the visa application within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the documents at the Consulate. If documents are submitted in the region - allow for delivery time. In individual cases, the time limit may be extended up to 30 days, especially if further verification of the application form is required or, in the case of representation in the issuance of the visa, if it is necessary to obtain the opinion of the Schengen Member State represented by the institution. Documents Required

1. A notarial deed of sale and purchase (original + legible photocopy - seals and signatures should be clearly visible).
Note:
- For spouses and children, it is necessary to attach documents confirming the relationship (copies of marriage/birth certificates and other documents issued by the registry office). If the property was purchased more than a year ago, it is necessary to attach documents confirming the payment of taxes for the previous year.
- Invited persons (friends) must present a notarial deed and a notarially certified residence permit for the required period from the owner (all owners - if there are several), stating the address of the property, the full names of the inviter and the invited persons (the original must be provided with an accredited translation + consular certification of the signature of an accredited translator), as well as documents confirming the payment of taxes for the previous year.
2. Certificate from the place of work for 3 months on a letterhead with the organisation's seal, indicating the applicant's address, work telephone number, position and salary, indicating the start and end dates of the employment contract with the signature of the responsible person (the certificate is valid for 1 month).
- For individual entrepreneurs, a copy of the certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur, a copy of the registration certificate of a taxpayer identification number and a tax return for the last 3 months.
- Pensioners provide a copy of the pension certificate and a certificate of the amount of the pension received.
- Pupils and students must additionally attach a certificate from the educational institution or a pupil/student card that they are currently a pupil or student.
- For freelancers and artisans: a certificate of the last tax paid;
- For unemployed and other persons: a copy of the pages of the employment record book for the last 3 years with personal data. Documents proving the applicant's ties with the Republic of Belarus (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificates of the applicant, his children living in Belarus), documents proving the financial/economic situation in Belarus (e.g. bank statement for the last three months, spouse's income certificate).
3. To cover daily expenses (a recent bank statement with movements for the last 3 months in the original or a certificate of purchase of foreign currency, etc.) at the rate of 50 euros per day of stay per person or the equivalent in another freely convertible currency (but not less than 500 euros for the entire duration of the trip).
Note: The validity of the visa requested will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Article 24(2) of the Visa Code.
YOU'RE ADDITIONALLY REQUIRED TO POVIDE:
1. Visa application form (signed by the traveller in his/her own hand, for minors / minors by legal representatives)
2. A valid passport, valid for at least 3 months after the expiry of the requested visa (+ photocopy of pages 30-33 and all used pages with visas and stamps). (+ photocopy of pages 30-33 and all used pages with visas and stamps); the passport must have been issued within the last 10 years and contain at least 2 blank pages in the "Visas" section. If there are visas in old passports, it is necessary to attach photocopies of pages 30-33, as well as all used pages with visas and stamps. * If the applicant is not a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, he/she must provide documents confirming legal residence in the country (valid residence permit/valid temporary residence visa), which must be valid for at least 3 months after return and at least 6 months before the planned trip.
3. One colour photo - on a white or light background, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, no corners or ovals, no more than 6 months old. The face must make up 80 per cent of the photo.
4. Health insurance valid for the entire duration of the trip within the Schengen area (minimum insurance period 15 days). The amount of cover must be at least 30,000 euros and must cover the cost of emergency medical treatment.
5. Plane/train/bus tickets (for all applicants round-trip) with 100% payment or car documents (copy of registration certificate, copy of driving licence, free-form itinerary and dates, technical inspection). Hotel bookings for the entire round-trip route should also be attached. If necessary (if the applicant is not the owner) - a notarised power of attorney to drive the car. If the owner is travelling together with the applicant, a copy of the car owner's visa and a copy of the passport.
If a minor child is travelling for this purpose:
In all cases, a copy of the birth certificate and full proof of relationship to the legal representative(s) (e.g. marriage certificate, court judgment or other documents) must be provided for minors and underage persons, and a separate set of documents for visa applications, even if the children are registered on the passport of one of the parents!
The presence, signature or consent of the other parent/legal representative is NOT required in order to apply for a visa and to receive a completed visa if the parent is deprived of parental rights; the parent is deceased; the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is entered in the birth certificate under "father"; the other legal representative is declared incapacitated; the other legal representative is declared missing (absent); the birth certificate is entered under "father"; if the other legal representative has been declared incapacitated; if the other legal representative has been deprived of parental rights; if the other legal representative is wanted; if the other legal representative has been declared missing (absent); if the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is written in the birth certificate under "father".

If the applicant needs to be accompanied by an escort, this must be stated on the official document issued by the medical institution.

Documents Required
Travel insurance is compulsory for all Schengen countries. If you don't already have one, click here.
1. 1. Declaration in the prescribed form from the host employer, registered with the Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.
The declaration is valid for 6 months from the date of certification by the relevant authorities.
2. Documents proving financial and living expenses for the trip:
2.1 Host employer:
- Copy of the employment contract between the applicant and the Bulgarian company.
- Copy of the declaration according to Art. 32, par. 1, para. 3 of the Rules for the Application of the Labour Migration and Labour Mobility Act, the employer declares that he/she will provide accommodation, indicating the exact period and address of residence.
*If the employer provides transport at his own expense, a copy of the employer's declaration on the provision of transport must also be submitted.
2.2 From the Belarusian employer: a letter of guarantee in Russian language on payment of all expenses during the journey to the Schengen area, confirming the business trip and that all financial expenses related to the business trip will be covered by the employer (with specific address of accommodation - hotel, private apartment, etc.).
2.3 From the candidate:
- to cover the daily expenses (recent bank statement with 3 months of movements in original or currency purchase certificate, etc.) at the rate of €50 per day of stay per person or equivalent in other freely convertible currency (but not less than €500 for the entire duration of the trip).
Note: The validity of the visa requested will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Article 24(2) of the Visa Code.
YOU'RE ADDITIONALLY REQUIRED TO POVIDE:
1. Visa application form (signed by the traveller in his/her own hand, for minors / minors by legal representatives)
2. A valid passport, valid for at least 3 months after the expiry of the requested visa (+ photocopy of pages 30-33 and all used pages with visas and stamps). If there are visas in old passports, it is necessary to attach photocopies of pages 30-33, as well as all used pages with visas and stamps. * If the applicant is not a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, he/she must provide documents confirming legal residence in the country (valid residence permit/valid temporary residence visa), which must be valid for at least 3 months after return and at least 6 months before the planned trip.
3. One colour photo - on a white or light background, 3.5 x 4.5 cm, no corners or ovals, no more than 6 months old. The face must make up 80 per cent of the photo.
4. Health insurance valid for the entire duration of the trip within the Schengen area (minimum insurance period 15 days). The amount of cover must be at least 30,000 euros and must cover the cost of emergency medical treatment.
5. Plane/train/bus tickets (for all applicants round-trip) with 100% payment or car documents (copy of registration certificate, copy of driving licence, free-form itinerary and dates, technical inspection). Hotel bookings for the entire round-trip route should also be attached. If necessary (if the applicant is not the owner) - a notarised power of attorney to drive the car. If the owner is travelling together with the applicant, a copy of the car owner's visa and a copy of the passport.
If a minor child is travelling for this purpose:
In all cases, a copy of the birth certificate and full proof of relationship to the legal representative(s) (e.g. marriage certificate, court judgment or other documents) must be provided for minors and underage persons, and a separate set of documents for visa applications, even if the children are registered on the passport of one of the parents!
The presence, signature or consent of the other parent/legal representative is NOT required in order to apply for a visa and to receive a completed visa if the parent is deprived of parental rights; the parent is deceased; the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is entered in the birth certificate under "father"; the other legal representative is declared incapacitated; the other legal representative is declared missing (absent); the birth certificate is entered under "father"; if the other legal representative has been declared incapacitated; if the other legal representative has been deprived of parental rights; if the other legal representative is wanted; if the other legal representative has been declared missing (absent); if the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is written in the birth certificate under "father".
IMPORTANT: Minors or persons under guardianship - the visa application form must be signed by both legal representatives (full names and signatures of both parents are mandatory) or by one of the legal representatives, if he/she has a NOTARIZED CONTRACT from the other parent with the obligatory text "FOR MULTIPLE APPLICATION AND RECEIPT OF VISAS AT THE VISA CENTRE/EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS" (original + photocopy).
If the child is travelling with an accompanying person and without parents, a travel consent from both parents must also be provided (the consent must state that it is valid in all Schengen countries and must also include the correct details of the accompanying persons).
The presence of a child is not required when enrolling a child under the age of 12. Children aged 12 and over must be present at each enrolment to provide biometric data. A child aged 14 to 18 must also sign the form.
NOTE! During the application procedure, the Consular Section may request additional documents and/or invite applicants who have been refused a visa for an interview and notify them of the refusal by means of an official letter. Applicants may exercise their right to appeal in accordance with the national legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of refusal, the visa fee is non-refundable.
The applicant may also decide to reapply for a visa, particularly if the reasons for refusal have been removed. The visa application will not be processed until the consular fee has been paid.

Photo Specifications
General information
- Photo should be colored, full-faced and without fringing.
- Photo should have been taken within the last six months.
- Each applicant should submit 1 photo along with visa application.
Photo size
- 35 x 45 mm with face centered in the frame
- Head (from the top of the head to the bottom of the chin) should be about 30 mm.
Photo specifications
- Photo should be taken fullface with applicant facing camera directly.
- Face should cover about 70-80% of the photo.
- Photo should be colored and have white or light background. Photos with dark or patterned background will not be accepted.
- Face should be clearly seen. It is preferable to have ears open.
- Sunglasses or other accessories are not acceptable unless required for medical reasons (e.g. eye patch).
- Photo depicting a person wearing a traditional facemask or a veil that does not permit adequate identification is not acceptable.

Processing Time
The Consulate will make a decision on the visa application within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the documents at the Consulate. If documents are submitted in the region - allow for delivery time. In individual cases, the time limit may be extended up to 30 days, especially if further verification of the application form is required or, in the case of representation in the issuance of the visa, if it is necessary to obtain the opinion of the Schengen Member State represented by the institution. In exceptional cases where additional documents are required, the time limit may be extended to 60 calendar days.

1. A photocopy of the visa of the destination point (country) and:
- If the applicant is eligible for a visa-free regime - it is necessary to provide documents confirming the purpose of the trip (invitation; property documents; paid hotel reservations (faxed/scanned copy on letterhead with signature and stamp or printed paid reservation from electronic booking system. The confirmation must include the names of all travellers, dates of stay, details of the hotel or other accommodation in the destination country).
- For drivers, a letter from the Association of International Road Carriers (ASMAP) and a letter of recommendation from the employer must be submitted.
2. Certificate of employment for 3 months on company letterhead with the organisation's seal, indicating the applicant's address, work telephone number, position and salary, indicating the start and end dates of the employment contract, with the signature of the responsible person (the certificate is valid for 1 month).
-For sole traders - a copy of the IE registration certificate, UNP registration certificate and tax return for the last 3 months.
- Pensioners must submit a copy of their pension certificate and a certificate of the amount of pension received.
- Pupils and students should also enclose a certificate from an educational institution or a pupil/student card stating that he/she is currently a pupil or student.
- For freelancers and craftsmen: a certificate of the last tax paid;
Documents proving the applicant's ties with the Republic of Belarus (e.g. marriage certificate, birth certificates of the applicant, his/her children living in Belarus), documents proving the applicant's financial/economic status in Belarus (e.g. bank statement for the last three months, spouse's income certificate).

The presence, signature or consent of the other parent/legal representative is NOT required in order to apply for a visa and to receive a completed visa if the parent is deprived of parental rights; the parent is deceased; the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is entered in the birth certificate under "father"; the other legal representative is declared incapacitated; the other legal representative is declared missing (absent); the birth certificate is entered under "father"; if the other legal representative has been declared incapacitated; if the other legal representative has been deprived of parental rights; if the other legal representative is wanted; if the other legal representative has been declared missing (absent); if the name of a close relative or a person who is not the legal representative is written in the birth certificate under "father".
IMPORTANT: Minors or persons under guardianship - the visa application form must be signed by both legal representatives (full names and signatures of both parents are mandatory) or by one of the legal representatives, if he/she has a NOTARIZED CONTRACT from the other parent with the obligatory text "FOR MULTIPLE APPLICATION AND RECEIPT OF VISAS AT THE VISA CENTRE/EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS" (original + photocopy).
If the child is travelling with an accompanying person and without parents, a travel consent from both parents must also be provided (the consent must state that it is valid in all Schengen countries and must also include the correct details of the accompanying persons).
The presence of a child is not required when enrolling a child under the age of 12. Children aged 12 and over must be present at each enrolment to provide biometric data. A child aged 14 to 18 must also sign the form.
NOTE! During the application procedure, the Consular Section may request additional documents and/or invite applicants who have been refused a visa for an interview and notify them of the refusal by means of an official letter. Applicants may exercise their right to appeal in accordance with the national legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of refusal, the visa fee is non-refundable.
The applicant may also decide to reapply for a visa, particularly if the reasons for refusal have been removed. The visa application will not be processed until the consular fee has been paid.

Photo Specifications
General information
- Photo should be colored, full-faced and without fringing.
- Photo should have been taken within the last six months.
- Each applicant should submit 1 photo along with visa application.
Photo size
- 35 x 45 mm with face centered in the frame
- Head (from the top of the head to the bottom of the chin) should be about 30 mm.
Photo specifications
- Photo should be taken fullface with applicant facing camera directly.
- Face should cover about 70-80% of the photo.
- Photo should be colored and have white or light background. Photos with dark or patterned background will not be accepted.
- Face should be clearly seen. It is preferable to have ears open.
- Sunglasses or other accessories are not acceptable unless required for medical reasons (e.g. eye patch).
- Photo depicting a person wearing a traditional facemask or a veil that does not permit adequate identification is not acceptable.
Please note:
Kindly follow the instructions above. If photos provided do not correspond with the Consulate requirements your application pack will be considered incomplete. In case you do not have an opportunity to make a photo in advance you can do it in visa application center.

Processing Time
The Consulate will make a decision on the visa application within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the documents at the Consulate. If documents are submitted in the region - allow for delivery time. In individual cases, the time limit may be extended up to 30 days, especially if further verification of the application form is required or, in the case of representation in the issuance of the visa, if it is necessary to obtain the opinion of the Schengen Member State represented by the institution. In exceptional cases where additional documents are required, the time limit may be extended to 60 calendar days.
