Renewal of ePassports
ePassport Services
Welcome to the website of the Philippines ePassport Renewal Center (PaRC)
In an effort to ease the ePassport renewal process for Philippines national overseas, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and VFS Global signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the establishment of an ePassport Renewal Center (PaRC).
PaRC aims to provide an alternative means for Filipinos to avail of ePassport renewal services in France.
PaRC is authorized by the DFA to accept ePassport applications from Filipinos holding electronic passports and whose applications do not entail a change in passport record of the holder. The Embassy monitors passport applications lodged through PaRC and the passports that are produced go through the Embassy.
This site contains important information on passport renewal process at PaRC. Please go through the contents carefully before proceeding with your application.
