Visa Fees
Category Fee Tourist USD 23 Service Fee (all applicable taxes included) USD 23 Shipment charge to Egypt-Cairo (all applicable taxes included) USD 75 Please note:
- The applicable visa fee in USD is as per the current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice due to sudden foreign exchange fluctuations.
- All fees are non-refundable.
Modes of payment:
- In Person Applications:
- Applicant shall be charged a service fee of USD 23 + shipment charge to Cairo with USD 75 per application in addition to the visa fees USD 23 and must be paid in cash (all applicable taxes included).

Documents Required
For social visa (tourism or family/friends visit), the following are the basic documents are required:
- Application Form (14A) duly completed and signed by the applicant (Form 14 is also downloadable from: www.ica.gov.sg
- 1Recent passport sized colour photograph with white background, it should not be more than 6 months old, Please see Photo Guidelines for information on photo requirements
- Clear colour copy of passport (pages showing personal details and the validity as well as endorsement of valid visas to other countries, photocopy of any residence issued in the last 5 years, if any). Please ensure that the passport is valid for at least 6 months from the intended date of departure to Singapore and contains at least one blank page.
- A letter of Invitation which must be issued by a Singapore citizen with mentioning his/her (NRIC number +full name +full address +phone number+ Copy of Singaporean Id), ( invitation letter required in case of family/friends visit).
Please note:
Additional supporting documents may be required on -case by case basis as proof of relation (marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc. …). .
- Official translation of the documents are required if they are not in the English Language.
- Visa processing fee USD 22.90 equal to EGP 380 per application (non-refundable).
Note:
- The applicant and the local contact may be required to furnish additional documents and information whenever necessary.
- Incomplete/illegible forms and /or documents submitted may result in the application being rejected or the processing delayed.
- Every application for a visa will be considered on its own merits.
- Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. Visitors must also meet entry requirements such as holding a valid passport, sufficient funds for the period of stay in Singapore and complete travel itinerary.
- All documents must be submitted on A4 size paper only.
- Applications without a Letter of Invitation without a mentioned of NRIC number will not be accepted.
- Saudi Diplomatic passport will not require a visa to enter Singapore.
- All refugee travel documents, Palestinian Authority passport and Kuwaiti -Article 17 passports, must be sent to the embassy for approval before applying.
- For foreign applicants, must have valid residence (for non-touristic purposes) covering the duration of the tripe to Singapore with the ability to return to their country of residency.
- If the applicants will stay in Singapore more than 14 days must provide a detailed itinerary or LOI.

Photo Specifications
- Taken within the last 6 months
- Clear and in focus, 35mm wide by 45mm high, without any borders
- In colour taken against a plain white background without shadows
- Avoid white headgear and plain white clothing (headgear worn in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but must not hide any facial features)
- Full face with the upper shoulders visible, facing forward with eyes open
- Hair must not cover the eyebrows or the eyes
- Even exposure (must not be taken under direct lighting)
- Spectacle frames must not cover part of the eyes
- Spectacle lenses must not reflect or glare.
Dos and Don'ts
Have an even exposure (must not be taken under direct lighting) 
Hair must not cover eyebrow or eyes 
Spectacle frame should not cover part of the eyes. Lenses should not have reflections/glare 
Full face with upper shoulders seen, facing forward with eyes open 
In colour taken against plain white background without shadows 
You should face the camera directly 
Important notes:
- Your photograph must meet ICA’s requirements. Failure to meet these requirements can delay your application or result in its rejection.

Your photograph must not be altered or enhanced in any way. This includes the modification of facial features and/or the usage of photo editing software.

Processing Time
The processing time for a visa application is approximately (3-5) days for Assessment level 1 Countries and Assessment level 2 Countries excluding the day of submission and the Egypt and Singapore week-ends holidays. However, some applications may take longer if further verification and evaluation are required.

Documents Required
The following are the basic documents are required for business visa:

- Travel Itinerary. (Applicants are advised to confirm hotel and ticket reservation only after the visa is approved), advised to apply for an entry visa within 30 days prior to the date of arrival in Singapore (not more).

Please note:
The invitation letter must be containing the following information:
- 1- Company name and address in details
- 2- Reachable contact number.
- 3- NRIC number and position of the inviting person.
- 4- Registration number of the inviting company (Unique number).
- 5- The invitation must be stamped and signed by a Singapore citizen (SC) who acting on behalf of the Singapore-registered business entity.
- Official translation of the documents are required if they are not in the English Language.
- Visa processing fee EGP 380 per application (non-refundable)
Note:
