Overview

Applicants with residence visa issued by the Emirates of Dubai / Sharjah / Ras Al Khaimah / Ajman / Umm Al-Quwain/ Fujairah would need to submit their applications at the Visa Application Centre in Dubai while those issued by Al Ain and Abu Dhabi will have to submit their application at the Visa Application Centre in Abu Dhabi

VFS Global will accept applications as per the document checklists provided by the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in UAE.

Applicants who are applying at the Turkey visa application center in Abu Dhabi can apply maximum 45 days in advance and those who are applying at the Turkey visa application center in Dubai can apply maximum 60 days in advance for Turkey Visa.

Kindly note that all the documents uploaded for the Application Form must be as per requirement, if the documents uploaded are incorrect or not as per the requirement then a new Application form will have to be filled.

Visa Fees

• The applicable visa fee in AED is as per current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice.
• The above amounts are payable in cash at the Turkey Visa Application center of VFS in UAE.
• All diplomatic passport holders & citizens of Iraq and South Africa are exempted from Visa fees for single & multiple entry visas.
• All fees are non-refundable.

Documents Required

1. Application form signed by the applicant. Kindly check the Application Form section for further information about the requirements of the application form. (Kindly note that incomplete application forms will not be accepted.)

2. Original Passport with at least 6 months validity from date of travel.

   Kindly note that for Syrian Nationals; Passport whose validity has been extended are not accepted. (Passport validity will be considered as mentioned in the biometric page of the passport)

   Emirates identity card, and a resident/work permit with at least 6 months validity from date of submission of your application at the Visa Application Centre.

3. Copy of the passport and Residence permit.
4. Entry and exit seal/stamps of all previously obtained visas, if any.
5. Current biometric photo (with a white background, taken in the last 6 months, with the face clearly visible, in 5x6 size).
6. Round trip flight pre-reservation. (It is highly recommended that you do not confirm the flight ticket before the visa is issued)
7. Hotel reservation (pre-reservation) or title deed in case if any property in Turkey.
8. Travel medical insurance valid for the duration of the visa or Copy of the insurance card and policy certificate indicating the area of coverage in Turkey.

9. Family registration certificate issued in the name of the applicant (for family applications) and a copy of the birth certificate of minors in English is required. (If Birth Certificate is in Arabic or any other language it has to be legally translated in English or Turkish. Kindly note that the birth certificate in only required if the name of the parents is not mentioned in the Passport.)

10. Work documents to be prepared by the applicant himself/herself or the person providing him/her:
• If applicant is an employee: Guarantee letter (a company official or owner statement, which includes their contact details, offers the employee’s position, start date of employment, off-duty dates, and guarantees that the employee will return to his/her country and workplace after his/her travel), payrolls for the last 3 months, and the company trade license, all of which will be obtained from the company he/she works for. Kindly note that all the letters from the company should be Originally Signed and Stamped.
• If applicant is a company owner: A letter in the company letter head mentioning exact purpose, travel dates and financial undertaking signed and stamped. The company’s certificate of establishment and registration, the company’s trade license, and the company bank account statement showing transactions for the last 3 months (sealed, signed).
• If his/her spouse provides him/her: Documents requested from the above-mentioned employee or company owner regarding the providing spouse.
11. Documents showing the financial position: Applicant’s personal up to date three (3) months bank statement at the time of submission of application originally stamped by the bank is required (The Bank Statements should be not older than 10 days the time of submission of the application in the Visa Application Centre), documents regarding the person's immovables located in UAE and Turkey (title deed, tenancy contract, trade license certificate etc.), and if any, his/her bank account statements available in Turkey.
• If another person provides him/her; then the above-mentioned documents for the provider must be presented.
12. A copy of the Tenancy Contract or Title deed. In case the applicant does not have a tenancy contract or is living in a sharing accommodation, a letter of explanation is required.
13. Group travels also require the following documents in addition to the above-mentioned documents:
• Documents regarding the company organizing the travel
• Applications are reviewed individually for group travels.
14. If the applicant has close relative (Father/ Mother/ Siblings/ Child/ Spouse) then they must provide an invitation letter with their Turkish ID or Residency copies.
15. Visa Application Fee.

Note: All the presented documentation must be up to date and complete. During the application for a Turkish visa, if the presented documentation is missing, this may cause a rejection in the procedure for a visa application as a result. Turkish Embassy/ Consulate, when required, shall ask for additional documentation from the applicant. The presentation of the above-mentioned documentation is not a guarantee that a visa will be granted/approved. In any case, a refund of fees shall not be possible. Every individual shall prepare their documentation separately (this includes family members and group applications).

Please also note that, it is mandatory to submit all the relevant documents in English or Turkish Language only.

Photo Specifications

• It should be in sharp focus and clean.
• It should be of high quality with no ink marks and creases.
• The photograph must show you looking directly at the camera.
• It should be 5cm x 6cm with White Background
• It should show your skin tone naturally.
• It should have appropriate brightness and contrast.
• The photograph should be a recent one not more than 6 months old.
• It is to be taken without headgear.
• It should be without hat/cap and without spectacles.
• It should be a portrait style image, with a neutral expression (no smiling or grinning)
• It should be without the applicant's hair tucked behind his/her ears.
• The photograph should not have any staple marks.

10. Work documents to be prepared by the applicant himself/herself or the person providing him/her:
• If applicant is an employee: Guarantee letter (a company official or owner statement, which includes their contact details, offers the employee’s position, start date of employment, off-duty dates, and guarantees that the employee will return to his/her country and workplace after his/her travel), payrolls for the last 3 months, and the company trade license, the company's certificate of establishment and registration, all of which will be obtained from the company he/she works for. Kindly note that all the letters from the company should be Originally Signed and Stamped.
• If applicant is a company owner: A letter in the company letter head mentioning exact purpose, travel dates and financial undertaking signed and stamped. The company's certificate of establishment and registration, the company's trade license, and the company bank account statement showing transactions for 3 months (sealed, signed), as well as the rental contract or title deed regarding the company building.

• If his/her spouse provides him/her: Documents requested from the above-mentioned employee or company owner regarding the providing spouse.

11. Documents showing the financial position: Applicant’s up to date three (3) months bank statement at the time of submission of application originally stamped by the bank is required (The Bank Statements should be not older than 10 days the time of submission of the application in the Visa Application Centre), documents regarding the person's immovables located in UAE and Turkey (title deed, tenancy contract, trade license certificate etc.), and if any, his/her bank account statements available in Turkey.
• If another person provides him/her; then the above-mentioned documents for the provider must be presented.
12. Documents requested from the inviting company:
• Notarized invitation written on the company's letterhead (it must include the reason for invitation, its duration, the person's commitment guaranteeing that he/she will return to his/her country after the travel, and his/her contact details).
• The company's chamber of commerce registry, trade registry gazette, tax certificate.
• The company's bank account statement showing transactions for the last 3 months.
• If any, agreements made between two companies and invoices regarding purchases and sales.
13. A copy of the Tenancy Contract or Title deed. In case the applicant does not have a tenancy contract or is living in a sharing accommodation, a letter of explanation is required.
14. For Commercial Fair Visits: Fair registration/attendance documents, and the letter of invitation issued by the organizing company.
15. Visa application fee.

• If employee: Guarantee letter (a company official or owner statement, which includes their contact details, offers the employee’s position, start date of employment, off-duty dates, and guarantees that the employee will return to his/her country and workplace after his/her travel), payrolls for the last 3 months, and the company trade license, all of which will be obtained from the company he/she works for. A copy of “Employment contract” between the applicant and the employer company in Turkey. Kindly note that all the letters from the company should be Originally Signed and Stamped.

• If company owner: A letter in the company letter head mentioning exact purpose, travel dates and financial undertaking signed and stamped. The company's certificate of establishment and registration, the company's trade license, and the company bank account statement showing transactions for the last 3 months (sealed, signed).

• If his/her spouse provides him/her: Documents requested from the above-mentioned employee or company owner regarding the providing spouse.

8. 9. Document belonging to the employer in Turkey (The following documents must be notarized):

   • Original copy of the workplace contract, and the letter of job offer bearing job title in Turkish is required.
   • Workplace registration certificate
   • Tax certificate
   • Trade registry

Overview

Applicants with residence visa issued by the Emirates of Dubai / Sharjah / Ras Al Khaimah / Ajman / Umm Al-Quwain/ Fujairah would need to submit their applications at the Visa Application Centre in Dubai while those issued by Al Ain and Abu Dhabi will have to submit their application at the Visa Application Centre in Abu Dhabi

VFS Global will accept applications as per the document checklists provided by the Embassy of Republic of Turkey in UAE.

Applicants who are applying at the Turkey visa application center in Abu Dhabi can apply maximum 45 days in advance and those who are applying at the Turkey visa application center in Dubai can apply maximum 60 days in advance for Turkey Visa.

Visa Fees

Please Note:

• The applicable visa fee in AED is as per current exchange rate. It is subject to change without notice.
• The above amounts are payable in cash at the Turkey Visa Application center of VFS in UAE.
• All diplomatic passport holders & citizens of Iraq and South Africa are exempted from Visa fees for single & multiple entry visas.
• All fees are non-refundable.

Documents Required

1. Application form signed by the applicant. Kindly check the Application form section for further information about the requirements of the application form

2. Passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel, and copies of entry and exit seal/stamps of previously obtained visas, if any.

   Kindly note that for Syrian Nationals; Passport whose validity has been extended are not accepted. (Passport validity will be considered as mentioned in the biometric page of the passport)

3. Emirates identity card, and a resident permit with at least 6 months validity from the date of submission of application at the Visa Application Centre.
4. Current biometric photo (with a white background, taken in the last 6 months, with the face clearly visible, in 5x6 size).
5. Round trip flight pre-reservation (It is highly recommended that you do not confirm the flight ticket before the visa is issued)
6. Hotel reservation (pre-reservation) or title deed incase if any property in Turkey.
7. Travel medical insurance valid for the duration of the visa or Copy of the insurance card and policy certificate indicating the area of coverage in Turkey.
8. Work documents to be prepared by the applicant himself/herself or the person providing him/her:
• If employee: NOC letter (a company official or owner statement, which includes name and passport number of employee along with his/her contact details, offers the employee ’s position, start date of employment, off-duty dates, and guarantees that the employee will return to his/her country and workplace after his/her travel), payrolls for the last 3 months, and the company trade license, all of which will be obtained from the company he/she works for. If company owner: A letter in the company letter head mentioning exact purpose, travel dates and financial undertaking signed and stamped. The company’s certificate of establishment and registration, the company’s trade license, and the company bank account statement showing transactions for the last 3 months (sealed, signed).

If his/her spouse provides him/her: Documents requested from the above-mentioned employee or company owner regarding the providing spouse.

9. Documents requested from the inviting company:

   • Invitation written on the company's letterhead (it must include the reason for invitation, its duration, the person's commitment guaranteeing that he/she will return to his/her country after the travel, and his/her contact details).
   • The company's chamber of commerce registry, trade registry gazette, tax certificate.
10. Documents showing the financial position: Applicant’s up to date three (3) months bank statement at the time of submission of application originally stamped by the bank is required (The Bank Statements should be not older than 10 days the time of submission of the application in the Visa Application Centre), documents regarding the person's immovables located in UAE and Turkey (title deed, tenancy contract, trade license certificate etc.), and if any, his/her bank account statements available in Turkey.
11. Visa application fee.

Note: All the presented documentation must be up to date and complete. During the application for a Turkish visa, if the presented documentation is missing, this may cause a rejection in the procedure for a visa application as a result. Turkish Embassy/ Consulate, when required, shall ask for additional documentation from the applicant. The presentation of the above-mentioned documentation is not a guarantee that a visa will be granted/approved. In any case, a refund of fees shall not be possible. Every individual shall prepare their documentation separately (this includes family members and group applications).

Please also note that, it is mandatory to submit all the relevant documents in English or Turkish Language only.

Photo Specifications

• It should be in sharp focus and clean.
• It should be of high quality with no ink marks and creases.
• The photograph must show you looking directly at the camera.
• It should be 5cm x 6cm with White Background
• It should show your skin tone naturally.
• It should have appropriate brightness and contrast.
• The photograph should be a recent one not more than 6 months old.
• It is to be taken without headgear.
• It should be without hat/cap and without spectacles.
• It should be a portrait style image, with a neutral expression (no smiling or grinning)
• It should be without the applicant's hair tucked behind his/her ears.
• The photograph should not have any staple marks.
