Overview

90 Days Visa : The entry validity for all types of tourist visa is 58 days from the date of issue (Valid untill date mentioned on visa). After entry in Dubai stay validity of visa can be extended twice with first extension allowed for 30 days and second extension for 20 days. Extension fee is AED 850 each time.

This type of visa is considered in two phases.

The first stage. The applicant shall submit the documents justifying the visa, valid for 90 days. These documents can either be brought directly to the visa center or send e-mail to the Visa Application Centre. The documents should be Purpose of visit and it may be Official / Personal or Tourism ( Holiday ).

Below mentioned documents needs to send to immigration in order to take the pre-approval to process the application.

Official : Passenger’s Passport copy / confirm EK TKT / hotel confirmation / Company covering letter / Host company invitation letter or Host Resident permit along with the passport copy.

Personal : ( If the purpose of visit is to meet family or close relatives ). Passport copy / Confirm EK TKT / Host passport copy / Host Resident page / Host covering letter or guarantee letter / relationship proof.

Tourism or property: Passport copy / Confirm EK TKT / confirm Hotel booking or Property Tenancy contract and Property papers.

The second stage. Once the approval come from immigration. We have to inform passenger to submit the application along with all require the documents. And after processing the application separate email along with EK CVS Approval mail needs to send to immigration for visa approval.

Supporting Documents

• Original accurately completed visa application form filled
• Applicant’s colour photograph with white background.
• Applicant's clear coloured passport copy (First, Bio page and Observation Page if any). The passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
• Confirmed Onward or Return ticket of Emirates airline.
• Guarantor’s passport with a coloured photocopy of Bio Pages, UAE residence visa page copy showing validity of the residency for 6 months at least.
• Emirates ID, Labour contract, along with original for verification and service letter in original
• If self-employed then trade license copy with original copy for verification.
• Security Deposit of AED 1000 paid in cash, which is refundable once the applicant exits out of UAE.
• The security deposit would be refunded once the sponsor gives/submit the Entry and Exit stamps of UAE along with the passport copy of the applicant.

Original accurately completed visa application form filled

Applicant’s colour photograph with white background.

Applicant's clear coloured passport copy (First, Bio page & Observation Page if any). The passport must be valid for at least 6 months.

Confirmed Onward or return Emirates ticket copy.

Guarantor’s passport with a coloured photocopy of Bio Pages, UAE residence visa page copy showing validity of the residency for 6 months at least.

Emirates ID, labour contract, along with original for verification and service letter in original

If self-employed then trade license copy with original copy for verification.

Security Deposit of AED 1000 paid in cash, which is refundable once the applicant exits out of UAE.

The security deposit would be refunded once the sponsor gives/submit the Entry and Exit stamps of UAE along with the passport copy of the applicant.

Important Information

Now that you are ready with all your documents, Visa Application Form and other requirements, applicants can now visit the nearest visa application centre to apply for their visa to UAE.

Alternatively the applicants can click here to submit their visa application form and upload their documents online. The payment can then be made at the nearest Visa Application Centre. This option can be used only if the applicant has a confirmed ticket on Emirates Airlines. Please ensure all original documents are taken to the visa application centre for verification purposes.

Important:

• Ensure coloured photos are as per specifications Size 4.3 cms x 5.5 cms preferably white background
• Attach all supporting documents required as per checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications are not accepted.

• Selection / determination of a visa category are on the basis of airline ticket itinerary
• Emirates regret its inability to sponsor unaccompanied minors and students. Dubai immigration will consider applications from minors and students only if they are travelling with parents.

However make sure that his/her last exit from UAE should be on or before 30thday.

Multiple entry visa once utilized cannot be cancelled. The applicant would have to await expiry of the visa validity. The validity of the visa is 58 days from the date of issue and the client can enter UAE multiple times and stay there for 30 Days from the first entry in UAE.
