Partner Migration

Important changes to the Partner and Prospective Marriage visa programme:

From 1 July 2018, applications for the following visas must be lodged online, via ImmiAccount:

• Partner (subclass 309/100 and 820/801)
• Prospective Marriage (subclass 300)

The above visa applications must be lodged through ImmiAccount only. Paper Application for the above visas can no longer be lodged at the Visa Application Centre.

Please Note:

1. Online Visa Assist (ImmiAccount)

   VFS Global can assist customers by completing the data entry of an application and uploading the supporting documents online, on their behalf, under VFS Global’s Online ImmiAccount by charging the approved rates.

2. Biometric submission for Visa Application

   As per the process, applicants are required to visit a VAC for enrolling their Biometrics. Customers will receive an auto confirmation on the email ID provided at the time of application with the details that will be required for enrolling the Biometrics.
