Tourist Single Entry Visa (TR)
This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for Tourism and Medical Treatment purposes.
Tourist Multiple Entry visa (METV)
This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for Tourism and Medical Treatment multiple times. Suitable for those who have the right of abode in Taiwan
Transit Visa (TS)
This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to travel in transit through the Kingdom in order to proceed to the country of destination or to re-enter his or her own country.
Non-Immigration (B) Business Single Entry Visa
This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for business or trade purposes.
Non-Immigration (B) Working Visa
This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for working, conducting business, or undertake investment activities purposes.

Tourist Single Entry Visa (TR)
This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for Tourism and Medical Treatment purposes.

Visa Fees
Visa and VFS Service Fee

- Applicants are requested to collect appropriate receipts while opting for any additional services

Documents Required
- Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months and contain at least ONE completely empty visa page.
- Completed and signed application Form
- Photo One 2 Inch size photo within 6 months.
- Valid Taiwan ID card or Taiwan Resident card.
- Confirmed Air ticket with name, air ticket number and ports.
- In case of going to Thailand for medical treatment, a letter from a doctor or hospital in Thailand or medical appointment is required
- Please note if your visa application is submitted by a trustee who is not travelling with you and is not your first-degree relatives (your parents and children). You need to provide a completed, signed, and sealed Authorization Letter. The trustee is required to provide the proof of identification such as an Identity Card and also need to provide your original Identity Card. If your visa application is submitted by a trustee who is travelling with you, then you do not need the Authorization Letter, but a trustee must provide your original Identity Card.
Notes :
- Consular officers reserve the rights to request additional documents as deemed necessary
- The issuance of visa is under the discretion of the TTEO. The TTEO refuses to explain the reason for visa rejection.
- Upon entering Thailand, the immigration officer may request evidence of adequate finance. For Transit visa, the value must be the equivalent of at least 20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family.

- Proof of accommodation in Thailand (for the first visit)
- Financial Evidence
- Individual travelers: copy of bank statements and passbooks with detailed deposit records for the past 6 months (updated no longer than 1 day before the submission date showing a deposit of the amount equal to and not less than NTD$200,000)
- Family members travelling together: copy of bank statements and passbooks with detailed deposit records for the past 6 months (updated no longer than 1 day before the submission date showing a deposit of the amount equal to and not less than NTD$ 400,000) *one bank account can be used for the whole immediate family.
- Employment details
- Letter confirming their employment details with the company letter head, The employment letter must be addressed to the Thailand Trade and Economic Office, signed by an authorized person and affixed the company seal (validity of the letter is one month) and copy of the company's license with the original signature of the company's authorized person and the original company seal.
- Letter confirming students status. The letter with the school letter head and must be addressed to the Thailand Trade and Economic Office, signed by an authorized person and affixed the school seal (validity of the letter is one month)
- Please note if your visa application is submitted by a trustee who is not travelling with you and is not your first-degree relatives (your parents and children). TRANSIT

Overview
Transit Visa (TS)
This type of visa is issued to applicants who wish to travel in transit through the Kingdom in order to proceed to the country of destination or to re-enter his or her own country.
Validity of a Visa :
The validity of a visa is 3 months.
Period of Stay :
Travelers coming to Thailand with this type of visa will be permitted to stay in the Kingdom only for a short stay before transitting to a third country.

- Certificate from concerned authority of which supports the participation of the visa applicant or visa applicant’s agency in their country.
- 2Invitation letter from the sport event organizer.
- For Crew
- Employment certificate as crew
- Please note if your visa application is submitted by a trustee who is not travelling with you and is not your first-degree relatives (your parents and children). You need to provide a completed, signed, and sealed Authorization Letter. The trustee is required to provide the proof of identification such as an Identity Card and also need to provide your original Identity Card. If your visa application is submitted by a trustee who is travelling with you, then you do not need the Authorization Letter, but a trustee must provide your original Identity Card.

- Proof of funds. Copy of the passbook. the applicant’s name and account name must be same, and the balance must be updated to the day before the application date
- An original letter from a company in Taiwan to Thailand Trade and Economic Office stating the company in Thailand's name and other purposes to Thailand (The letter must be typed in the company’s letter head and signed by an authorized person and affixed the company seal)(Validity of the letter is one month)
- Copy of the aforementioned company's license must be signed by an authorized person and affixed the company seal
- Copies of the aforementioned company's registration certificate and investment certification, issued within 6 months (Copies of company documents must be signed by an authorized person and affixed the company seal)

- Original and one photocopy of the Letter of Approval to work in Thailand issued by the Ministry of Labour of Thailand (WP.3) OR Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT)
- Academic certificate (original and one photocopy)
- Evidence of work experience issued by the former/current employer (the period of employment, the employer's name and the position held etc.)
