VFS Global launched a new One Stop Centre (OSC), on behalf of the client government of Malaysia, in the city of Hanoi in Vietnam on 8 April 2019. The One Stop Centre model provides applicants a single venue to submit applications for all Malaysia visa categories.
The centre was inaugurated by H.E. Dato’ Mohd Zamruni Khalid, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
With an estimated 8,000 travellers last year and an anticipated upsurge in footfalls, the newly launched centre brings greater convenience to applicants. Hanoi is the second city in Vietnam where the company offers visa application services for travellers who seek a visa to visit Malaysia.
