With the objective of simplifying the registration process
for Poland visa applicants in Ukraine, VFS Global has
established a new visa appointment scheduling process
for a quicker and easier application experience. The
new process ensures applicants receive a Poland
visa appointment directly upon payment of application
fee, eliminating the need for applicants to book an
appointment through the contact centre or even via
online registration.
The objective of the simplified system is to make
appointment scheduling quicker, within a highly secure
environment, and play a critical role in resisting any
form of hacker attacks or fraudulent activities by illegal
mediators.
With the new visa appointment system, a Poland
visa applicant can visit the nearest Idea or Kredo
Bank branch for prepayment of fees for applications
for themselves (and a maximum of four close family

will receive a call from the contact centre to confirm an
appointment date. On confirming the appointment, the
applicant then only needs to visit the Visa Application
Centre on the agreed date with the complete set of
documents to submit his Poland visa application.
The successful launch of the new appointment system
in the city of Kiev in Ukraine has prompted the need to
further expand the process to the three more Consular
regions. As a result, from 20 January 2017 onwards, the
new appointment process is expected to commence in
Visa Application Centres located in Odessa, Lutsk and
Kharkiv.
